Starting strength is a great read. Its geared towards new lifters, but theres so much detail about form and such that it makes it worthwhile for even a veteran lifter.

What ones have you liked the best and what about them?

I like super training alot because it was extremely detailed. I do own Arnold's the new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding IDK why I didn't mention it lol
