Hey , in some weeks ill run a basic lean mass cycle ;
weeks 1-10 500mg EQ , 500MG Sust
weeks 6-12 30/30/30/40/40/40
my plan is a lean bulk till week 7 adding 500kcal to my maintenance with 45%Protein, 45% Carbs and 10%fats.
And in the week 7-12 (here is when add winny and some clen )down -500kcal to my maintenance trying a minicut-recompositon with 45%protein 25%Carbs and 30%fats (?)
I do a basic cycle in the past with test e and have great gains.
What do you guys think about this?
Im like 14%bf rn.
