Good advice from Matt Jansen on Refeeds (which they touched on):

"Positive physiological responses from a refeed include increased hunger to follow, increased body temperature, sometimes but not always a drop in weight, improved performance in the gym, and improves sleep quality to name a few. If you are not getting these benefits or they are minimal at best most likely your body is not at a place where it needs a refeed. They have their place and are very beneficial when used in the correct environments."

When i have a carbohydrate loading day after weeks or months of being in ketosis, i find i am starving the next day, and feel warmer and have a great sleep.
