    High insulin will create problems and complications long term including some of the problems you have concerns about on here. IMO you should look into an atkins type diet and dial down your insulin use.
    Your diet for type 1 is bad. Get in touch with a good doctor or nutritionist and fix it.

    Im just saying my friend is a diabetic and he IS HUGE. So, whatever he is doing, he must be doing it right lol

    Doing insulin for BBing is one thing, being healthy is another. If you keep abusing insulin it will catch up to you a little later one way or another.
