    eh the % vary, i'm not that anal about it. mostly try to enjoy life, which IF is great for. Probably right now i'm at -10 on burn days and +40 build days, at the start of the changeover I was maintaining at around -20 burn days + 10 build and started with gaining about 2lbs in the first week on the anabolics.

    usually its 16/8 or 17/7, but occasionally i'm having a blowout day and its more like 12/12. Only have that once every 2-3 weeks. I figure stressing over any detail too much ends up with more muscle loss and less fat gain due to cortisol than i'm likely to get from whatever minute detail being perfect

    there doesn't seem to be any evidence that a longer fast helps significantly more. Thats not to say it doesn't, just there isn't any evidence that it does.

    Congratulations. Nice to see that IF worked for you. I started it back up and I feel fantastic on it.

    Good luck man, I am new to IF. If its working I'd stick with it. Maybe change to a regular diet 2 weeks out for depletion & workout purposes.

    I'm just starting IF. Used a 6 meal approach for my prep but I will be doing the 16/8 for this 28 week period. If it treats me well, I'll try it with my next prep also.

    Don't know if this has been discussed cause its kind of shi**y

    But when I Eat my first meal to break my fast I end up having a pretty big sized bowel movement 30ish minutes later.....I feel like all the food that was in my body got sent away to make room for the new food...

    Was thinking six weeks at 10mg pre and 10mg post...don't know that i'd want to go any higher as it would be my first time using SD

    i would just do 6 weeks at 5-10mg every day instead of pulsing.

    I felt amazing even at 5 mg

    I ran a low dosed sd to epi bridge.

    I felt great on sd at 5 and 10 mg, and kept it all post cycle.

    sd- 5/5/10/10
    epi- 30//40/40/40 *

    I believe that was my layout. I was recomping. I would like recomp on sd at 6 weeks low dosed

    Nope. If you workout between meals i think you eat two meals ( of 20-25% RDI) then eat the rest post workout. ... guess that didnt really anwser your question about the intra drinks... O_o

    I think it depends on the trainee... Lots of peeps train fasted, others snag a meal before training.... I grab a shake and serving of oatmeal about 2 hours before i train. I might try training fasted next week on shoulder day just for ****s and giggles though.....

    I never thought I could train fasted until I got on IF but now I'm loving it! Been using Wendler's 5/3/1 strength program and am finding the combo of a 16/8 IF protocol and 5/3/1 is working great for me.
