1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (for fluffy cakes I do it without sometimes)

fat options.. I have used peanut butter, almond butter, and ground nuts
more protein options... add in powder
veggie options: add in some greens powder (actually tastes good) or grind up some fruit inside of it.
