I need advice on a good protein to build muscle because i cannot gain weight. I'd prefer it was lean mass but i can stand to just put on uncut muscle lol. so any and all suggestions are appreciated. thanks

Post your diet/exercise plan so people can critique it and help you. Protein sources/powders themselves will not help you.
