i recently have started going to the gym before work but i work where i cant eat while working. Lately i have just been drinking another shake like a lean body rtd or just a protein bar as my PPWO "meal" i usually take my PWO shake around 1030 then go to work and have this "meal" around 1130-12 and then wont go on break to have a real meal until around 230. Any advice on what i could take or any other ideas?
