    Wow i'm in shock


    I am 18 and an ecto, I have been trying to put on weight since the beginning of time but always did it wrong and was very stupid on how to eat, also over trained way too much.

    After fixing my diet and changing my routine, I am starting to see great results in just a few months.

    I now believe training is 80% diet 20% working out...

    no, i think this sarcasm come from your weight.... Aggravated is implying that you need to have a good diet to put on more mass.

    good to hear you got it dialed in... but you should bump up your calories intake to put on mass

    I was 120 just a month and a half ago, since then I weighted this morning after going to the bathroom at 131, i would say something has worked, I had never been able to go past 128 before
