Ordering with American Express Business

I tried placing an order last night, but the message I received was 'Credit Card Invalid/Denied,' however, I had ordered a couple things from a couple other websites right before heading over to NP. I'm only having trouble at this site. I e-mailed customer service and a rep mentioned that they do, in fact, accept AmEx Business along with plain AmEx cards. I'm still having trouble with this. I believe I'm typing in the information correctly, and the name, number, expiration date and the CCV number are all typed correctly.

What gives?
