What's the difference b/t CEE and Creatine Gluconate? Which should i get?

I have a definite preference for Creatine Gluconate over CEE, personally.

Some users report GI distress and/or bloating with anything but CEE. Theoretically, Creatine Gluconate is a creatine molecule bonded to a sugar type molecule, which should aid in active cell-entry.

Anecdotal evidence supports this.

MassPump pre and Xtend during workout is a GREAT stack.

great, i just bought the stack.

It's 3g's each per dose, correct? When mixing ok to shake or do i need to stir? Should be mixed with water?

I would recommend capping or using water with some sort of flavoring.. I prefer capping though I cap everything..

Mix it with Crystal light (any flavor). Correct, 3 grams of each.
