Dicount Code Problem

Just curious as to whether or not my Turkeybolic discount was applied to my order I just placed on NP.

I typed the code in the coupon code box but never got a new subtotal. After entering my card info it said my total to be charged however the total was not accurate to a 10% discount.

Please look into this and let me know if I messed up or what. It will be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind...
Just got off the phone with customer service and apparently there was an IT glitch. Needless to say my discount was applied and I was told my card is being refunded the difference.

Ive read all the hype about how reputable NP is but this is my first glance at how true those statements really are.
