Hi my names jonny am 23 n have been.doin.weights for a good few years now.. Unfortunetly due to ma new job ave not been able to.hit the gym as much as a used to...In.order to try and.get.bck into my weights got a bench set.n.dumbells for the house...can.anyone.suggest a could.routine.or diet plan that would allow me to cut my body fat but also if possible bulk up.
