Since I started using this bulletin board I encounter problems that I do not have using other boards.
Some days are better than others.
At certain point the board dies and I am not able to get anywhere including
http://anabolicminds.com
The worst is if it happens while writting long message, it is lost when this happen.

I could use a help of resident computer geeks.

This board, for some reason, seems to go offline for longish periods of time - 5-10 minutes. I have always thought that the administrator takes it offline for board maintenance, but that is only my assumption. I do not think the problem is w/ your computer. Yes, messages do frequently get dropped instead of posting.

Do you have similar experience as I do?

Do you have any suggestion to BB supporting people?

I do a lot of posting and this happens all the time at a lot of the boards I go to. So I type my posts in my Email then cut & paste it into the board I am posting at. Now if it did not take I still have it and just repost it.

It does happen to me (I can vouch for my pc working well) but I don't really have suggestions for them...that would require more knowledge of their systems.

I still think that Meso board is very usefull it just gather somewhat different crowd.

You should try to spend more time there, assuming you have any spare time.

Have you came across any graph that would show logistics route for diagnosing adrenals, thyroid and metabolic syndrome?

Yes and this works you just take your temps starting 3 hrs after your up and every 3 hrs for a total of 3 times add them up div. by 3 and put them on this chart in this link.
http://www.drrind.com/tempgraph.asp#directions
We found this gauge the best for taking temps.
http://www.wilsonssyndrome.com/Products/Thermometer.htm
I think you can buy this at Wall-Greens.
And the best way to tell if your thyroid is low not on meds is to take your temp under your arm first thing in the morning before getting out of bed put the gauge under your arm for 10min's. do this 3 morning and do an avg. if your temp avg. is less then 97.8 you hypo.

When I first started Armour I had blood tests as below and temperature below 36C=96.8F
Free (T3) 2.9 pg/mL (2.3-4.2)
Total T3 104 ng/dL (85-205)
Free T4 1.37 ng/dL (0.61-1.76)
On next test I was on 4 grains of Armour, temperature about 36.75C= 98.15F
I since reduced to 3grains Armour, my temperature is about 36.50C= 97.70F

T3 Free 486 pg/dL (230-420)
T3 uptake 36.3 % (22.0-35.0)
T3,Total 165 ng/dL (60-181)
T4,Free 1.6 ng/dL (0.8-1.8)
T4,Total 10.2 ug/dL (4.5-12.0)
TSH 0.01 (0.4-5.5)

Wonder if it is worth tweaking any further either with Armour or T4.
My resting pulse is higher than I would like it to be, (75-78),
but sometimes hovers around 60 for long time.
Between above tests I was (unknowingly) low testosterone due to low absorption of Tcream.
I since switched to Depo-T injections I feel improvement.

I hope one day to eliminate Cialis from my list,
I am already on only one Cialis per week and had two weeks (not in the row) where I did not need Cialis.
Nightly screaming boners but when there is a possibility to use it, it softens up. Still it is improvement.
