Hi men,I read this:healthy man produce 5mg-7mg testosterone.
Usually trt protocol is 100mg-150mg every 7 days(about 10-14mg testosterone effective/day.

although this,100mg is a good dosage with good hormonal values.why?

Post source that says that 100mg/week is the right dose.

AFAIK, I am looking for a dose that
1. works for me, (I do not know how to go about it) so I go to #2

2. that produces (minimum) blood level of FreeT and BioAvailableT in top of the range.
3. I apply my T in a way that minimizes delta
delta=(maximum-minimum) blood T levels, that precludes weekly injections
4. The words "apply my T in a way that minimizes delta" is rather complicated issue discussed day in and day out.
