I've been on TRT for 3.5 months, Sustanon 125mg every 5 days and 50mg proviron ED. My levels are shooting up, appointment booked with the doctor.

Oestradiol 121 range 41-159 (4 months ago <18)
Testosterone 39.30 range 8.64 - 29 ( 4 months ago 14.4)
Free testosterone 0.814 range 0.2 - 0.62 (4 months ago 0.194)
Prolactin 508 range 86 - 324 (4 months ago 213)

Not feeling as good as I was 1-2 months ago, raises account for that.

Should I be looking at reducing my dosage? And dropping proviron?

Thanks for any input

Looks like your estradiol level is high. You also should have gotten thyroid tests done as well.

Dosages are too high causing e2 to increase
I would also refer our to see endocrinologist to have pituitary mri done.

Going to drop to 50mg every 3.5 days and drop the Proviron. Prolactin has always been fine until starting TRT. Thyroids checked ok 6 weeks ago.

I can tell by these ranges you are not in the US.
Your E2 and prolactin are high because you are not using a good micro dose AI like anastrozole at about .25mg/wk taken all at once or divided.

The next best thing is to drop your T dose and since your free T is over range that would be a very good choice.
At your current dose and having such a high Free T I bet your SHGB is below mid range. Meaning you get a lot of bang for your buck with your T dose. I'm the same with a SHGB of 24 my Free T hits 39 top of range 18 on 120mg/wk T cyp (200mg/mL) and I love it.

Drop your dose and remember to wait several week before doing new bloods.

Ask him for cabergoline to get your prolactin down as well
