Ginger as a t-booster?

I started eating ginger and I like. Started by using it in my black coffee. Then chewing on the pieces. So I go online looking up the benefits and any drawbacks and find it is believed to have T-boosting qualities. Wonderful.

Anyone have more data and/or personal experience as to the benefits?

i know this is insanely old lol but i will say ive noticed huge digestive and anti nausea benefits from chewing ginger root. wayy more so than using extract.

I cant say for the T boosting properties...id speculate thats due to the improved blood flow from the blood thinning effect that gets blood moving to "places" faster that ppl attribute to boosted T

I know there have been studies for actual blood levels but most of them seem to be negligible

Five years on and I still eat raw ginger almost daily when not away from home.

I know there have been studies for actual blood levels but most of them seem to be negligible
From what I remember, it’s speculated to work by from antioxidant effects in the testes. Probably only has effects for certain populations. Lots of other health benefits though.

Ya youre right, its thought to stimulate LH production from antioxidant properties.

Honestly prob not a bad thing for ppl who are running anything to take for detox purposes.

Or for nausea and digestion help its really great.

Always added it to my protein shakes because it improves digestion and contains a protease enzyme called Zingibain.
