Just curious if you guys think you were near your natural max before taking the leap to up your test? Or was it just to do?

In in week 6 and to be honest, I thought it'd be seeing much more results by now. Perhaps my expectations were to high? I'm up a couple pounds, waste size is down about an inch, strength is up a bit, but nothing profound.

I've been eating more than ever. I don't count calories, perhaps I should, but it's more than I normally eat to maintain my normal weight of around 185.

I agree with Lex that you probably want to start counting calories and your macros. I'm up 8-10lbs in the last 8 weeks on my bulk and no cycle.

Up about 2 pounds on my morning, in the buff, weigh in.
There's no doubt that I look better than I have I the past..just thought weight would be a bit higher.
I'm running 400mg though, not 500 like lex.

Today pumps were so intense it was almost painful on a superset leg/back day.
Also took PES enhanced, so I'm certain that aided in the pump factor.
I looked back at my log and at my lowest during this six weeks I was about 179, but 187 today after my workout. Weight dropped about 6 pounds in the beginning, then up 8 pounds since I added in some more food.
Lex asked about typically meal plan for the day...it would look something like this...
Breakfast: 2 eggs with 2 pierces organic toast and honey w/ 60 gram protein shake
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: 8oz lean meat with 2-3 cups brown rice, and maybe some fruit
Afternoon: 50-60 gram protein shake with milk, banana, pb, honey (same for the one above)
Dinner: 6-8 oz chicken or lean beef w/ some type of whole wheat carb source...often a casserole of some kind that my wife makes.
Snack: peanut butter honey sandwich (or jelly) with 10-12oz milk.
There may be some occasional binges on Girl Scout cookies or Hershey's chocolate thrown in there...

Not a lot of calories in that, but I personally wouldn't change anything. That looks like a really good diet and like 3fs mentioned, if your strength is going up, who cares about weight. You aren't losing and slowly gaining, so that's good.

Did any of you take anything besides Erase for E2 control? I have heard conflicting reports about Erase working. I've been on TRT for about a year, and when I go up even a little my E2 skyrockets, with libido loss and I get real moody. I dont have an AI prescribed because on my TRT dose it is under control. I've been really thinking about this but E2 sides me makes me think twice.

Thanks. One more question, I currently use insulin needles in my shoulder twice a week, my TRT dose is 45mg Monday and Thurs. Are you using bigger needles in the glutes for the 400 and 500 mg? Can I still use my pins and delts for the increased dose?

When I first started trt, my doc had me using 20x1" needles haha

I've been fortunate to not have any BP problems. There's a nurse at the school where I teach so I often have her take it.
Blast I going pretty well. Not sure I'm doing the best job with managing e2, but I think it's okay. Really haven't had a libido.
Up about 5-6lbs, but looking much fuller and a bit thinner in the waste.
I was at the chiropractor today and he mentioned it looked like I'd put a lot of size on, especially on the back...can't complain about that.
Had to take a couple days off due to some back pain, but hope to be back at it tomorrow.

I picked up a BP monitor from Walgreens for something like $35 on sale and it is digital. I like playing with it to see how BP fluctuates throughout the day and before/after meals.
Lowest in the AM has been 121/67 and a 59 heart rate, which I am very happy with. Highest has been in the afternoon after a big steak burrito and it was 143/78 with an 81 heart rate.

I'm 34 and I was put on TRT because of low test. My endo is pretty liberal and I had expressed interest in it so we decided to take the leap. I just injected my second time about 2 hours ago. I don't get why people say it takes weeks to feel test-c. I beg to differ, but that's a different conversation.
This almost feels like a support group, hahaha.
