I'm 32 and my total test was sitting around 200. Sadly, I don't have bio-available numbers from pre-treatment. I'm 6'2 around 200 lbs, for dosing comparisons.
I started on HCG 300 iu/day. Total Test goes to 700s (near max range). Free test 121, and Bio Test 245 (close to center of range). SHBG around 27 (normal). Problem, Estradiol was 60 (3x normal)!
So I dropped to HCG 150 iu/day. Hormone values stayed virtually the same.
Current dosing (for 2 months now) is 150 iu / every 3rd day. I checked my hormone levels after 2 days of not injecting to see how far my hormone levels fall. Total test 380, Free test 56, Bio Test 124. These are approaching lower range values but is better than my natural state. Good news is Estradiol is in the normal range of <20.
With my current dosing I expect my levels are peaked for about 50% of the time after which levels begin to fade. However they are always better than my natural state. I could feel this dosing is better than the always peaked state with estradiol out of control.
