I tried androgel and my tests came back 125 (250-900) doc switched me to cyponate shots 200mg every two weeks and it's been 2 months and I'm due to get bloodwork. My question is when should I do it relative to my shot? I was thinking 1 week after the shot since that would be the average.

You can take your test anytime but if you do it right after your shot it will show high. Most people do it right before they are due for their shot.

I would aim for day 13-14 before the next shot, how have you been feeling on the days before your shot?

You'd be better served dosing 100mg a week and taking your test the day of, but just before your shot.

200mg E2W will have you very low by the time of your next shot. Likely lower than your original endogenous levels.

Even better 50mg twice a week will have you very level and stable. Test the day of and just before your shot.
