Hi to all my LG peeps and fellow AM friends. If you did not follow my PP sponsored log, shame on you, there were some developments that are forcing me to do one last blast before some forced time off. I have to have surgery sometime in November on my foot to have a bunion removed causing me to be out of the game for at least four weeks on upper body, eight to ten on lower body best case scenario. That said, here is my plan for the next four to five weeks. Thanks to Chris aka MrKleen for helping me put this testosterone blast together.

Training - 3 day split as follows
Day 1 - Chest/Bis
Day 2 - Legs/Shoulders
Day 3 - Back/Tris

Diet - Modified UD2.0 with a refeed each week. It will change as body changes so this is going to be dynamic.

Supplements - These are a mix of staples and new additions
LG Products:
Methyl 1-D pSARM - 6/day in 3 doses including with PWO meal
Formardol Extreme - 4/day in divided doses 12 hours apart
I-GH-1 - 3/day prior to bed
Ghenerate - 7-8 sprays prior to bed, maybe some pre-workout as well
Postal - 1 to 2 scoops post workout
Lipotropic CPB - This is the bomb diggity right der!

PP Products:
Sustain Alpha - 5 mL 2/day

Lean Body Formulations:
Recompadrol - 2/day with large carb meal (only 1 at the moment), possibly add in 1 during last part of workout prior to Postal

OUFINNY brand supplemnts ;):
Motivation - my own concoction that works amazing for energy and focus, recipe provided for a charge :saroll: Mainly used to get me going in the AM in place of coffee and for times when I want to get moving a little more pre-workout.

Staples:
NOW Adam - done by the end of this week
CL Orange Triad - starting at 6/day very soon
NOW Super Omega - 4/day

That is a long list but it keeps me happy and healthy. I mean, if you only have about 4-5 weeks to do some destruction, might as well throw the kitchen sink at it ;).

Review of Formadrol Extreme with Sustain Alpha - Test bomb stack.

Formadrol Extreme 90 pill bottle - Dosed at 4 per day, split doses by ~12 hours.

Test boosting - 8/10 Within a week I could tell test was elevated. Acne/bacne was present but not as bad as the AndroHard gave me (thank god!). Aggression was in check but lying right under the surface.

Recovery - 9/10 This is where Formadrol shines, I get near instant recovery after about 8 days on it and it only gets better. I stopped two days ago and already my recovery time is suffering because of it.

Focus/mental boost - 7/10 Form does give me some mental energy and can improve my focus though it is nothing like you get from some nootropics or a good stim focus supplement. It does show its benefits if dosed before a workout.

Pumps/vascularity - 7/10 I don't get crazy vascular from Form but it does help with the pumps if dosed pre-workout. There are others out there that give crazy pumps, Form helps but it is no Anadraulic Pump!!!!

Body composition - 5/10 This is because I did not have my diet and life in order so Formadrol can't protect me from my own bad choices. If anything, it kept fat gain to a minimum while adding a small amount of muscle. My shoulders definitely continue to slowly get larger from the increased pressing both bench (incline/flat/decline) and DB military.

Overall - 7.5/10 This time around I like this a lot more than when I took it after Natadrol. Strength stayed the same for most exercises and in some cases it went down but that is fine with me. Now that I have another run with Formadrol I can see that it is a potent test booster and anti-estrogen supplement. If you are on the fence, buy two bottles and be ready for a fun ride.

Sustain Alpha - It worked but I will reserve my comments should anyone want more details, this is an LG forum ;).

pSARM - I got nothing from this sadly except some stomach discomfort and a slight increase in muscle fullness. I really, really wanted this to be the bomb diggity but alas it was not for ME. Is it worth trying, yes since many have liked it, for me though, it did not work.

Recompadrol - It works and holy crap is it the strongest I have ever tried. Only 4 caps of Slin compares to this and that is saying a lot.

I didn't respond super well to it though I don't eat a lot of carb meals. It works well enough but I wanted to try Recompadrol, it has a very complete profile that I like and you get tons of servings per bottle. Slin has its place no doubt and it is highly underrated.

Given time, you should have seen what I really had planned. Most of what you see was involved with Prime and Pink Magic thrown in for some pure insanity. Yeah, I don't really like to leave anything to chance. If you got them, use them ;).

Sorry I did not get my workout up for yesterday, it will go up tomorrow. I have a hellacious leg day ahead of me so I am focused on that. The extra volume is flat out scary compared to full body days... chest and bis are in pain today.

That is standard issue bunion surgery and mine is considered moderate... yeah, sucks when you are falling apart at the seems. The shattered bone is not part of it though, I did that all on my own.

Let's talk workouts for the love of god!

Tuesday's was the first workout of this log and the new stack. I found a three day split that seems to be working on Muscle and Strength... yeah I needed something fast and it looked decent. If you have better suggestions, pass them on.

Pre-workout:
1 scoop AS-GT
6 grams citrulline malate (cm)

Workout:
Chest
Incline Bench Press - 155x10, 185x10, 195x10, 195x8, 195x8

Flat Bench Press - 155x10, 205x8, 205x7, 205x6, 185x6 Volume plus 8 bench sets had me gassed... this is an adjustment over full body!

Chest focused dips - BWx10x3 sets

Pec Deck - 170x10x3 sets At this point my chest was rock solid and BURNING!

Biceps
EZ bar curls - 55x10, 65x10x3 sets Weight kept reasonable to maximize perfect form, burn was legendary...

Incline DB Curls - 25x8, 30x10x3 sets Holy pumps Batman and the burn just kept getting more intense

Hammer Curls - 35x9, 35x8x2 sets Destroyed after these and I have to say the AS-GT/CM combo really helps with pumps and endurance.

Wednesday workout - this week it was back to back, not the norm.

PWO:
2 M1D pSARM
1 scoop AS-GT
8 grams CM
This is a sour mixture!

Workout:
Legs
Hack/Front Squat machine - 450x10, 540x8x3, 590x8

Leg Press - 540x10x4 sets Pretty much destroyed after these, winded for the rest of the workout as well.

Stiff legged deads - 165x10x2, 175x10x2 Yeah these were mean!

Leg Extensions - 220x10x2, 220x8 failed due to burn and pump being too intense.

Shoulders
DB Shoulder Press - 45x8, 60x8x3 sets Lactic acid in my legs was so intense at this point I had to get up and walk in between sets, it felt like hot needles in my quads while I did these. :zx11pissed:

Seated DB Lateral raises (front) - 30x8x3 sets

Rear delt cables - 8 plates x10x3 sets Still sucking wind... will I ever catch my breath is all I thought.

Upright rows - 85x10x4 sets Yeah I was about to pass out, time for a shower and some Postal.

These are hard workouts for me with the volume, hopefully the supps will kick in and help to get me through these. My chest hurts and is crazy tight right now, legs are starting to tighten up so I imagine walking will be a chore tomorrow ;).

I checked out your PP log; nice job. I like the detail and the feedback, so I am along for the ride. Question: can you not do any aquatic work while you heal up? Two of my guys had the same surgery a few years back. I met with the doctor and we worked up a plan so they would not lose too much endurance or strength in the process. It actually helped them to recover faster, and they were able to get cleared 6 weeks earlier. Hell, the day after they were released, I had both men in three HALO rotations to knock the rust off of them. It was grueling, but they did so with no problem.

Sorry for the rant. I do hope you heal up quickly, and I look forward to your feedback.

I will have to ask... I mean there is little chance of infection in chlorinated water that is for sure. Unlike your elite special forces men, I tend to push the envelope but not to the extent they would. That said, I am going to ask about an accelerated recovery path that would fit my desire to stay as active as possible. Thanks for joining the ride.

I would suggest a water-proof bandage, even with CI in the water.

Thanks man, things are starting to improve though I am not sure I am getting much from the pSARM, even at 6 per day, but time will tell the whole tale. I need to post up some workouts I know but they are not really noteworthy. I was talking with Chris about my diet and how I have been feeling like crap during my workouts lately and he has been helping me develop a new diet. Today is day one and I already have much more energy than I normally do. Here are the macro breakdowns: 240 P/120 F/200 C for a total of 2840 cals. Non-workout days are less in the carb department though all else is the same. Also, I am starting to take in pre-workout carbs so we shall see what that does for pumps and/or endurance during a workout.

Overdo updates - two workouts, diet thoughts

Alright, day one of Kleen's diet in the books. I know I had a few extra cals last night since we had some Mexican food prior to catching The Social Network (great movie, see it if you have any interest at all in Facebook). Anyways, there have been two workouts this week and here they are...

Monday - Chest/Bis
Incline BP - 155x10, 195x8x4 A solid start but on the second set I did something to my left hand, it was hurting the whole rest of the workout, bench presses were especially painful.

Decline BP - 225x8, 225x7, 225x6 Pissed off, 225x7 Volume was mean and I was not feeling it... ARRRGGGHHH!!!

Dips (chest focused) - BWx12x4

Pec Deck - 170x10x4 Last set was a battle for dear life to get the last 3 reps but I did.

EZ Bar Curls - 55x10, 65x10x2, 70x10

Incline DB Curls - 30x8, 30x10, 30x10

Concentration curls - 25x10, 25x10, 35x7 These were pure blissful burning pain in my biceps ;)

Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders (welcome to the thunder dome of pain!)
Hack/Front squat machine - 450x10, 540x10x4

Leg Press - 540x10x4 Legs were screaming at me like no other by now!

Still legged deads - 185x8x4 I did something to my back on set one, these were so painful and after I was uncomfortable for about 20 minutes. I need to watch my form next week, not worth a back injury.

Leg Press calf raises - 450x15, 450x12x2, 450x10 Toe starting to scream at me so reps kept dying down :twak:

DB Shoulder Press - 45x10, 60x10x3

Seated front raises - 30x8x3 sets

Rear delt cables - 8x10x3 sets (40 pounds on cable machine)

Upright rows - 95x8x4

Totally gassed after this one and since my back was still tender I decided to pass on the ab work I had planned, it will get done on Friday in addition to what I did on Monday.

Stack notes - Libido of a 14 year old, check. Recovery up, check. Better sleep, check. Body recomposition/changes, negative ghost rider. Diet in order, now it is! Pumps/vascularity, getting better.

pSARM - I am not sure what this is doing for me and even at 6 per day it may be more of a pain in the stomach then I anticipated. If I don't take it with a full stomach it is not pleasant. I am going to run the stack as planned and when the bottle is done I may drop this.

Formadrol - Much better than when I used it in PCT since I have not been on so many test boosters in a row (like last time after Natadrol). I get good energy, focus, recovery and strength is hanging on as well.

Diet - Day one is in the books and my energy is improving drastically. I really think I was on low cals and didn't even realize it. My body had just adapted and was in storing mode so fat mass was building even though it should have been going away (if that makes sense). Anyways, I am going to run this for two weeks then Chris and I are going to re-evaluate it.

Friday fasted training - Back and tris

Likin the full bodies Fin. I've found I have to dig deep alot to get through my full bodies...likin the effects...
It used to be full body, there are actually two workouts listed in that last post and here is my workout from today. This is a three day split, two muscle groups per day. The routine is a "mass building" one that I found and so far I like it.

Friday morning - Back and Tris

PWO:
2 scoops AS-GT
1 scoop Jack3d (for the stims and sick pumps I got as well)
Normal morning supps

Workout:
Wide grip lat pull downs - 100x10, 130x8x3 Man I am weak in this exercise!!!!

Close grip v-bar rows (between legs squat bar) - 115x10, 135x8x3 Hellatious pump going in lats ;)

Seated rows - 120x10x4

Overhead DB extensions - 70x10, 90x10x3 Good stuff here, hand was still hurting from Monday... I hate soft tissue injuries!

Rope pushdowns - 60x10, 65x10x3

Reverse pushdowns w/ bar - 40x10x3

Weighted crunches w/ 25 plate - 15x3 sets
SS w/ Goodmornings w/ 25 plate - 10x2 sets

Headed out after this, good workout and happy my back is feeling better after Wednesday. Goodmornings were done to activate the lower back and make sure it was not injured, so far so good.

Recovery is improving and surely diet changes are helping though this stack is definitely making a dent in that as well. Had some good times last night with my GF, I could have impregnated about 4-5 people if you catch my drift. SA + Formadrol = porn star finishes!

I would say it is working pretty well so far. It may be cut very short here soon so I am going to bust my a** until the last day and then I get to spend a few weeks recovering. More on that later this week.

Whoa whoa whoa. You stack ASGT and Jack3d? I was considering trying that myself, since I have both. That's 300mg caffeine and "less then 150mg" of 1,3-D. How does all that make you feel? Like you're on PCP? What time do you workout, cause I don't see myself getting to sleep anytime soon on that stack, though it makes me salivate to try.

First off, AS-GT does not give me a strong stim kick at two scoops, actually it is just noticeable and smooth. The synephrine in it seems to keep me on an even keel as compared to others I have tried with tons of geranium in them. We are talking barely 1 scoop of Jack3d solely for the geranium; I just was too lazy to get a 60mg NP cap so I threw in some jack3d. I have no idea how much is in jack3d but it is a lot less than the 60 mg caps I have and it absorbs a lot faster. As for how I feel, I was doing pretty well actually though I did sweat for a good while after my workout.

Yes it seems to be on paper though my workouts are sucking lately. Yesterday I couldn't even finish everything, I was just done half way through my bicep portion of the workout and skipped concentration curls along with ab work. I believe that my weekend activities are probably not helping at all and/or my estrogen levels are way down which is not helping. Right now I am leaning towards the former since I don't have any real sore joints which is normally a sign of estro levels way down for me. My recovery is great, mood is solid but not great, strength is bleh; something is just not right in my universe right now. :zx11pissed: :zx11pissed:

Thats crazy to me. Usually when my mood is solid is when i start seeing my strength gains go cause i'm in a better place. When i'm down in the dumps or in a pissed off mood is when i really struggle to get through a workout. Hopefully things start looking better for you.

I am in the process of leaving a job I really am happy at due to the company's financial position for another, that will surely be good as well, so my stress level is WAY high and no supps can solve that problem. Sleep has been crappy the last few nights due to that as well, I was up for 2 hours last night and not happy about it but se la vi. Workout today so that should help clear my head.

Well, the coupled effects of the full body itself with 1 min rest periods. Alot of it equates to checking ego at the door, prep extreme sweating and heavy breathing. Midway, you feel so burnt, but thats where you have to dig deep mentally..and there are times I feel so zoned I feel no pain. My partner does a great job of making sure Im not resting too long..basically his set is my rest period equates to about 50-60 secs of rest time.

The way Chris has his workout setup; sometimes you gotta do heavy compounds at the end of the workout making for a serious grind out session.

When I do the warrior it is a battle no matter what. The intensity and short rest make the first two weeks a real ego check for sure. It works like a charm for recomp and cutting, that is without question. I could see it being great for contest prep in the latter stages if you are not doing crazy weights.

This is true no supp helps us deal with high level stress. Good luck with the new job and hopefully your workouts are looking good again.
