Haha>< no kidding
Up another pound, strength is now going up, added 5-10lbs on pretty much all my lifts lately.
Weighing the same but strength is consistently going up every workout.
Arms look bigger, need to find my measuring tape lol
If I was trying to bulk and maximize my training, I would split workouts into twice a day and use 10 units after each workout.
I don't mean to be a smart aleck, but GH is the only thing that actually does the growing. Steroids just increase nutrient partitioning and water retention (among other things) which is often confused with muscle proliferation. GH on the other hand actually causes growth of muscles - the increase in muscle matter, not just water or nutrient partitioning.
Without GH, nothing gets bigger. Without test, it's just harder to get bigger.
10 IU of GH means lots of systemic IGF floating around to build muscle literally around the clock. It doesn't happen "fast" but it will be steady gains.
How old you? When I was younger, I was the same, hard to put on weight, I am almost 44 now and I can gain weight alot easier. I also find any more than 7 days in a row, you use insulin, you start putting on more fat than muscle gain. I do 6 workouts with humalog and then do 6 workouts with IGF. If I use the humalog any longer, I start putting on fat rather than muscle, so by rotating it, I can avoid any fat accumulation.
When I bulk, I hit it hard and heavy, unless your using a pain killer, its kinda hard to train everyday being super soar.
