First off, let me start off by saying I've ran a IGF-LR3 cycle a while back (~8mos) and was happy with the results. There was some muscle gain and definite strength improvements. I'd like to run another set of cycle, but from what I've been reading lately it seems like LR3 isn't as site specific as once may have been thought. Because of this, I was thinking rather than pinning bilaterally, I would just pin a single location and rotate sites. Its hard for me to justify all the extra pinning if its not going to pay off.
Current plan: 50mcg MWF PWO- pin right delt mon, left delt wends, right pec fri...
And before anyone suggests SubQ, I've tried it with LR3 and it upsets my stomach, I'm not hungry for hours and just feel like crap so it has to be IM for me.
Does this seem like a legit dosing protocol or do I need to stick with the standard bilateral method? Thanks.
