Hello to all of you..

I noticed this forum has vast knowledge about steroids, so I guess this is the right place to ask.

I'm 24 now, and I was a wrestler for like 15 years. Never had a single injury. Until 3 years ago. I dislocated my right shoulder on preparations for world wrestling championship. I went to hospital immediately even tho I never ever experienced such pain in my life, doctors told me that I just stretched my ligaments and that I should rest.

I rested for 6 months, no training whatsoever, and after that I started to train very light. One year after first dislocation, my shoulder popped out again. Again I went to see my doctor and again same diagnosis, just a stretch. So I went to a private specialist and the end result was operation. I had literally completely torn apart every single ligament in my shoulder, torn biceps tendon (which btw pulled part of bone with it), and heavily damaged my cartilage.

Now, after 3 surgeries, 5 anchors (screws) in my shoulder, and heavy arthritis with multiple ostephytes and thin cartilage, my movements are very limited. Doctors say they can't do anything, they're just waiting cartilage to wear out and they'll put artificial shoulder.

Well, artificial shoulder is NOT and option for me. Not until I use EVERY single alternative solution.

I read much about IGF-1 LR3 and have read many people had major success with cartilage rehab. I was thinking on ordering Revitropin.

But my major question is how to use it most efficiently?
What would the dosage be, I've read between 40-60mcg?
Should I stack it with something?
How long should I take it?
What are the side effects?
Should I train while on it, or rest my shoulder?

And most importantly, your experience with it.

Thank you very much!

While waiting for reply, I did some homework, so here are my thoughts.

If I did my homework good, nothing I do can heal cartilage without IGF-1 and GH. IGF-1 is directly responsible for cell growth and proliferation. Major benefits of GH comes from IGF-1 which is produced in liver when it's destroying GH. And cells that have most receptors for IGF-1 are muscles, CARTILAGE, skin, nerves, bone, liver, kidney.

I'm aware of the problem with injecting IGF-1 (or GH, they're directly affected by negative feedback) is that it affects/decreases natural GH/IGF-1 cycle. As major GH spike is at sleep, I'd inject first shot of IGF-1 at 6AM and second 2PM (as half life of IGF-1 R3 is 8 hours), so by the 10PM and sleep time, it's cleared from system and doesn't interrupt natural GH sleep cycle. Cycle would be 4 weeks on, 4 weeks of, as body tends to build resistance to it.

I was thinking on combining GH and IGF-1 as they tend to create synergy.
Also, I saw that people highly suggest taking Deca with it as it dramatically increases collagen synthesis, which is important for cartilage.

And info on that?
