The hdl/TC ratio is used most by MDS (most-- not all)

Divide the TC by the HDL and the ratio should be less than 4.
The lower, the better.

Yours is 3.17.

On my cycle (ending this week) my TC actually was 101 and the HDL was 29.

Of course as the TC rises, the HDL #s change as does the LDL since the TC is the sum of the HDL + LDL + VHDL (very high densityHDL which usually isnt shown)

Other things in labs during cycle to watch:

Kidney function----->BUN, Creatinine
Liver function------->AST, ALT

Mine were slightly elevated in my labs during cycle

good luck with all

TC, as Boo said isn't focused on any more. They like to see a high HDL and a lower LDL, and today's statins are rated according to their ability to facilitate these things. 200 was once viewed as problematic high cholest. but as Boo said, as long as your ratio HDL to LDL is favorable, TC means nothing.
