Running a TKD like diet with a 3day DC split. Just seeing what you guys think would be the best way to utilize it?
Usually sip on 150gr WMS, 40gr Hydro-Isolate and 10gr creatine mono starting about 30min preworkout, sipping thru out, and just slamming the last few oz after my workout.
On the GDA properties alone pre-workout would seem like the best idea but looking forward to what other suggest because i've read some people saying they used on a total keto diet but the threads are like 5 years old and not much info on results, dose, etc....
