Logs Templates are they a good idea?? ? ?

Well first of all thanks for taking time to read this thread. I have to admit that im not a good logger im more of ask me person, but i would like to log the things that i usually use to help provide the forum with more opinions on certain products based on personal experience and detail using a quality log that covers alot of info.

Does anyone else thinks is a good idea to have a Log template just to copy and paste and fill it out, and whit that we can avoid leaving details behind?
