that guy got them after a 2 week trip to hungary

I've had a few different parasitic infestations, tapeworms from sushi, round worms and ameobic dissentary. NONE of which was any fun to deal with !!!

How do you know if you have one?

How do they diagnose?

My GF used to work at a sushi place, and has had "stomach problems" for a long time since then, and lost a bunch of weight, unexplainably...the DR. said she had a food allergy, but never did a blood test...asked her to keep a food diary, but that didn't do anything.

She's been suspecting a stomach parasite for awhile, and I always brush it off, but man, what if, right?

How do they diagnose/fix?

Ugh. I'm never eating again. lol

Stool samples are required in most cases but given the enormous diversity of parasites than can infect human beings, they are often missed in such tests.

There are all sorts of parasite cleanses out there, but honestly I do not know of how viable any of them are.
