Hey guys, I've been out of the gym for about 10 days now because of some walking pneumonia... Anyways I'm finally starting to feel better but still have a lingering cough, plan was to hit the gym with some light cardio for a day or 2 to see how things are. My question is if I feel alright should I start lifting heavy or go light for another week or so? I don't really want to spend more time out of the gym but I also don't want to stress my immune system and run the potential for getting sick again. Let me know what you guys think and thanks for the help
