Lower rights side of stomach hurts...

Hi I'm new to weight training and I wanted to see if anyone experience the throbbing I have on the right side of my stomach.

I notice it after weight training.

Please help and let me know if any of you guys experience this.

if it continues have it checked out..i had pains in my right side lower and turned out to be a hernia
