  3. Last night's worked out about "killed" me! Jeff definitely pushed me harder then usual! Just to let you know how hard, I felt like I was going to puke afterwards. Once we got home we ate then I went straight to bed! I was "dead" dog tired!!!

  7. Felt like I didn't have that great of a workout tonight. There is no specific reason however, at dinner my chest was twitching and I felt like I was going through "withdraws" or something!!!

    yeah, i am in the doghouse cuz for asking about my GF's "weight"....


    Good to hear she is staying on track. It was only 4-5months back when you and the wife began your weightloss rollercoaster. Good to see both of you are still at it, working on it everday.

    Yeah she has been up and down. She wont stick to the meal plan I did for her unless I am at home at night. During the day who knows what she is or is not doing. She is not drinking enough water either. Lol man I am jusy busting her chops aint I. Lol. In the gym though she has been working hard. If only she can stick the diet she would almost be at her goal.

  21. A day late again but better late then never!! I wasn't able to finish my leg curls because when doing my leg press I felt my hamstring pull or do something funky and not do any leg curls!! Dumb hamstring!!!!
