    thats what its all about brother...........us meatheads go through our phases and then its time to settle down with a good woman and make a family. I am nothing like I was 5-6 years ago and I owe it all to the woman in my life..................seriousl y, a good woman can change your mindset and what you want to do in life.

    you have a more precise idea of what you are doing right and wrong when you write **** down. i keep a daily written log that i carry around to keep me honest. if i eat cookies, i write it down and promise the next day to take it easy, lol!

    bulking is becoming fun this time around, looked awesome in the gym today. my first time back in nearly a month........been doing home workouts and then i couldnt take it anymore, needed to see some competition to drive me.

    hey chevy, your girl is gunna kick ass..........just keep encouraging her even if she slips on her diet, i try to do the same, but its hard because they dont see their bodies like we do. they think they need to look like a movie star for us to be happy..........im just happy if they workout to be honest..........its hard enough finding that quality, lol

    I love reading about your transformation! I'm starting one of my own and will prolly start posting updates soon! Keep up the good work. It seems like you have a great partner in crime and I know that helps motivation wise, to have that constant support system and somone to push you when you need it! Keep it up!!

    Thank you! As far as a great partner in crime, he definitely doesn't take it easy on me that is for sure!! I wouldn't be were I am at today with the weight that I have lost and can lift without him!!! I look forward to reading your posts!!!!

    Him not taking it easy on you is a good thing. I wish I had someone to push me when I work out, it's hard when you have to yell at yourself lol

    yea I know! My boyfriend is great help and motivation when he is here, but he works a lot of off duty and he has weird hours sometimes opposite of mine. So I'm stuck working out a lone. But I'm learning new workouts and what not from here, and online, etc!
