Eliptical Trainer Form

  1. Eliptical Trainer Form

    When on the eliptical trainer I see a lot of people lift their heals on the way up if you know what I mean. I try to keep my feet planted flat for the entire ROM. What is the correct way?. I don't want opinions, I want facts....Maybe a link or two since I'm a lazy phuck and haven't search for myself.

  3. Does your gym offer the elips without the arm portion?

  4. It doesn't matter one way or the other. You're on the elliptical to burn calories, not to get a minimal stretch in your achilles and calf. Thats all thats happening by keeping your heel down. So, I suppose its "better". But the difference is negligible.
