| Registered User | Eliptical Trainer Form When on the eliptical trainer I see a lot of people lift their heals on the way up if you know what I mean. I try to keep my feet planted flat for the entire ROM. What is the correct way?. I don't want opinions, I want facts....Maybe a link or two since I'm a lazy phuck and haven't search for myself. |

| Registered User | Does your gym offer the elips without the arm portion? |

| Registered User | It doesn't matter one way or the other. You're on the elliptical to burn calories, not to get a minimal stretch in your achilles and calf. Thats all thats happening by keeping your heel down. So, I suppose its "better". But the difference is negligible. Source: my head... |
