ok...im going to be starting my cut in monday (may 8th) i have my stacks ready to go...i just need some suggestions on how i should do my training schedule.....i regretably have limited options for my training...since im kinda strapped for money due to uncontrollable circumstances... i have the following


Bowflex
Eliptical
Dipstation W/pullup bar
EZ curl bar with various amount of weights
Some low weight dumbells (35lbs)

for cutting....should i do 1 hr of low intensity/high resistance cardio in the morning and weight training in the afternoon and leave it at that....or should i maybe do 45 min to an hour in the morning and 45 min to hour in the after noon/evening...with a weight lifting session around mid afternoon?? i just need to figure out what would be the best way to strip the fat off most effectively....i will probably be doing cardio at least 5 days a week....and lifting probably the same....rotating muscle groups through the days.....maybe do a 3 on 1 off cycle with the weights......

if anyone can offer some suggestions.....i would appreciate it
