Hey everyone, I had an operation for AC arthrosis a few months ago, and now I'm much better, but my shoulder is still a little weak/unstable.

Has anyone else gone through this type of injury/surgery?

What would you recommend for stabilization exercises, and for prevention in the other shoulder?
