I need help gaining weight and muscle fast

Alright i am 16 and no matter what i do i cannot seem to gain any weight. I have been eating everything i can. Lifting heavy low reps for power. I take protein shakes and protein bars and i cant seem to get past my weight. I need to get to around 190 so i can go to play college football. Any suggestions such as workout schedules or anything would be greatly appreciated

Obviously not eating enough. You can't expect change unless you illicit change, so eat more. Give us your current routine and typical day to day diet and we will go from there.

I'd suggest using a site like fitday.com or something similar and specifically tracking exactly what you're eating each day and follow the scale as well.

If you track total calories for several days at say 3,500 and see if the weight goes up or down. Then try 4,000 calories for several days if that doesn't work - so on and so forth.

Then, you'll be able to see what your cal intake needs to be.

Almost everyone says "I'm eating all I can" in these situations (not calling you a liar here), but when you have specific numbers; then you'll know. Good luck.

That's only ~3200 calories. For an active teenager this is too little to gain any weight. There's no big secret, you simply have to get more calories in. This can come from shakes, peanut butter, nuts, oils, bigger servings of everything, etc.... It doesn't matter that much, just get more calories in until you start gaining weight.
