I do cardio 1 hr first thing in the morning on a fast and I was wondering after weight training can I hit cadrio again for 30 min moderate to cut more bf?
Honestly, cardio is not necessary, and is generally counter-productive to your weight-room progress.
ah ok thnx. Is 1 hr on a fast too much do u think I need to cut it down to 45 or 30 min?
Wouldn't go over 30, personally.
