hello fellow meat heads. heres my cycle and everything i do on a day to day basis. please feel free to give any advice ill take it.
stats: 23 yo, 5'5'', about 190 lbs
Gear
test cyp 200 mg/twice a week
tren ace 100 mg/EOD
anadrol 25 mg/EOD (4 weeks on 4 off)
nolvadex 25 mg/ ED (for gyno)
test E 250mg/ twice a week (when cyp runs out)
Clomid 25 mg/EOD (for PCT when time comes)
Supplements
nitric oxide 1 scoop/ before workout
bcaa 1-2 scoops/ during workout
creatine 1 scoop/ after workout
glutamine 1 scoop/ after workout
carbs 50 g/ after or during hard workouts
whey protein 22g-44g/after workouts
casein protein 25g/ sometimes before bed or emergency snack
fish oil 1100 mg/ED
Coq10 200 mg/ED
animal pak 44/ED
intestinew 1 pill/ EOD (when taking orals, for stomach discomfort)
milk thistle or liver rescue 1 pill (only if i feel is needed, animal pal already has milk thistle)
Food
about 6 meals a day close to 300 g protein and 250 g carbs on a good day
Exercise
work out 2-3 days in a row with one break and repeat.
