Russdog's LGD 4033 sarm log

I am new to this sort of thing so bare with me. My interest in this sarm is recomp.
Stats
Height 6'4
Weight 273 lbs
Bodyfat percentage 17.5%

Will be using 4 mg of LGD ed for 5 weeks.
Then 8 weeks of Arimestage 50. I will use 50 as a part of my cycle not pct.

Pct will consist of nolva 20 20 10 10
Clomid 25/ 25/ 25/ 25
Cenergy alpha drive

Will be doing 5 day on 2 day off training routine. I look forward to this. Thanks to those who follow my log.
