I'm looking for advice/help for a good stack. My goal is to lower my BF while adding muscle vascularity and some size. I have not run a real PH cycle other than LG Trifecta (which is very mild)
Im 22 years old 5'10" and 185lbs or so with or approx 10%BF. What would be a good stack for dry gains and fat loss. Most importantly I am do cardio a lot and don't want something that will hurt my cardio/ cause pumps that make running painful.
Yes I know diet is important, and mine is as spot on for a college kid as i can.
