Halotest 25 Cycle Question

I'm going to start a Cycle of Halotest 25 but wasn't sure on what time to take the pills. I plan on the first week doing 50mg then 75mg after, the question is do I take the full dose at once or spread it out through the day?

Also is best time to take this an hour before working out?

Spread it out throughout the day. It has a decent half-life for Phs.

I'd take 25mg in the am 50 before workouts
