Cycle Goals
Cycle 1: 6 weeks of Revolt (Max LMG clone) - gained no mass or strength what so ever.
Cycle 2: 4 weeks of Epi - gained 4lbs and very little strength, made me feel good though, libido was great too.
Why trenadrol?
It seems trenadrol is one of the favorites. It's non-methylated, which is a plus, and it seems to give very good strength gains. I am a little worried about prolactin gyno though.
Why add Epi?
I simply love the libido boost it gives me. I feel euphoric and energetic on it. I'm afraid the Trenadrol will crush my libido and hoping to battle that with a moderate dose epi. Of course any added strength and/or mass gains from it are more than welcome.
Why B12 injects?
I'm hoping to get more energy. Every year in the winter I have the same lethargic feeling, and I'm hoping B12 can help with that. I'll be using the depot version (hydroxocobalmineacetate). I've ordered 20 vials, each containing 1000mcg of B12. I'm expecting them in the mail tomorrow, or maybe monday.
I'll be injecting 1 vial = 2ml = 1000mcg every other day, intramuscular.

Week 1 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 20mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM
Week 2 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 20mg ED - B12: 1000mcg EOD IM
Week 3 - Tren: 90mg - ED Epi: 30mg ED - no B12 to prevent tolerance buildup

Clomifen Citrate - 100mg ED for 2 weeks then 50mg ED for 2 weeks (changed this from Nolva to Clomid)

Reversitol - tapering down 3/2/2/1
Maybe some Lean Xtreme, not sure about that yet.
I'm also thinking about getting two bottles of X-Factor to run after this cycle to maintain as much strength and mass as possible.

Diet
Diet is pretty clean. I eat around 5000kcals a day, sometimes a little less.
Diet mostly consists of brown rice, beans, patatoes, fatty fish, chicken breast, peanuts, cottage cheese and sometimes bread. I try to get about 250 grams of protein a day. I like eating healthy and I like eating alot, so that's never a problem. The plan is to up calories when weight goes up of course.

I don't have a cam myself. Some of my friends do but I can never find the right time and place to make some good pictures.
I'm going to do my best to get some pics up though.

- Gain and maintain 10 to 15lbs of quality muscle
- Work on weak points like chest and back thickness
- Add 30-40lbs to all major lifts
- Hopefully drop a few % bodyfat
