| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | I'm a little sick to my stomach, so I'm not sure. Shoulder day was rough, I started with machine presses for 15 x35 and did 15 leg lifts with it, 4 sets. We then did pronated dumbell presses for 10 a side with 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets. Then she had us do side raises with 20 lb dumbells to our ears for 30 x 4 sets. We did the cables with a rope and had to back up and pull it to our face with 60lbs on it for 15 and superset it with bent over flyes x 15. We did some other stuff and ended with something I've never done. I must say it was harder than it looked. We started out with a 25lb plate between our feet in push up stance. We then did a walk up towards our feet going backwards, when we walked our hands in towards our feet as far as we could go we stiffened abs and pushed the plate backwards. We did this across the gym to a mat 3 times with no rest. All woman!! Recomp Performance Nutrition |

| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | Chest We did 60 pushups , incline bench, cable flyes, machine flyes, overhead dumbell pullovers, dumbell presses, walk out push ups, and some other stuff.
