40-day Transdermal Test/Oral Turinabol Cycle
BF%: ~13% (have not got tested yet, just going by previous test and the extra fat I am carrying)
Body type: Ectomorph, very hard gainer. Excess kcals can easily go right to “handles” though.
Biceps (cold flexed): R-15½, L-15¼
Upper Thigh: 25
Mid Thigh: 22½
Calves: R-15, L-14½ L
Waist: 33" (around the handles)
Training Experience: About 1.5 years committed with 10+ years with on & off commitment. Just took 9 days off from gym to de-condition and give CNS a break.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol: 4 day split, 3 body parts per day (see attached).
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: On all non-weight training days, 1 hour cycling @ 14-16mph (10 MET’s), 5 minutes uphill every 10minutes. On weight training days, 20 minutes low intensity (5 MET’s) elliptical.
Pre-cycle supplements: Cissus, c-AMPHIBOLIC
Cycle Supplements: MVI, Hawthorne, B-6, Xtend.
PCT supplements: Xceed, Pro-liver, Flax oil caps, MVI.
Past AAS: ******, SD/Prostanazol, E-max (aborted switched to SD), *-*** (2 weeks to see how I reacted)
Present Goals: Very Lean Bulk
Diet: 1st 20 days ~3200 calories; 2nd 20 days ~2750 calories/day (see attached for details). Nothing is set in stone, will adjust as needed.
Maintenance Calories: 3085 non-weight training; 2750 weight training.

Test base is in Phlojel @ 100mg/ml. Proviron & OT are both capped with AST Micronized creatine (had it around and it works very well). Both are 25mg/cap and definitely not underdosed but possibly slightly overdose since I capped them myself.

Will be starting on February 2. I am fasting for labs in the am. Was going to start tomorrow with the chemicals but wanted to be well nourished the morning of. I also have taken pics and will post before/after comparisons at the end. Will post starting bloodwork when I receive.
I have never done Testosterone before so this should be fun. I have also never tried OT so this should be even more fun.
Diet is pretty boring, I am just looking for consistency.

What are you speculating your absorption rate using phlojel...~%50? I have some laying around but did not want to compound it. Might next time.
I like your split(s). Are all four days consecutive or are you taking a day off between splits?
BTW...nice buffet. We have like tastes to some degree.

Okay day 1 in the books. Needed to make adjustment to workout and might have to adjust it more. I am under certain time restraints. It'll work out. I actully wound up taking 9 days off from the gym so it was good to get back in.
I was not happy with my first batch of Test base transdermal in the phlojel. It was a bit too gritty for my liking. I mixed a new batch: 6.6g TB, 56.25g Phlojel, 2.5g D-limonene. I spent a little extra time triturating, then weighed out phlojel and place it to the side. I then added the D-limonene to the mortar and went to town for another 2 minutes or so. I then used the geometric dilution method that Triceptor provided in his tutorial. I did notice some grit this afternoon but it was very minimal and I had no white residue left as I have had with DHEA transdermal in penetrate.
I am feeling pretty pumped still an hour and a half after workout. Not typical for me. Could be due to the time off. I felt fairly strong considering the time off also. I did feel a little aggressive when somebody didn't sign up for the elliptical and was on the one I signed up for. Could be the Test or the fact that I am short and somewhat balding
My only concern is finding the time to fit in my meals. I am finishing my postworkout whole food meal now and still have another meal plus my shake to fit in by 10:30 I got home from work later than usual so this will hopefully be a 1 night issue.

Workouts are a little longer than I am used to, 2 hours total with cardio. I am eating my first post workout whole food meal. I am actually getting an adrenalin rush as I type this, trembling, tachycardia and a little diaphoresis. I am also not used to the workout split but I like it. Practically my whole upper body feels pumped.
I was hoping some of the grit in the phlojel would dissipate after allowing to sit overnite but it did not. Still no white residue but a few little crystals appear after dry. I am applying it 50ml X 3. 7am, 4pm, 10:30pm. Been a little extra tired. I was exhausted last night but had a little difficulty getting to sleep, restless leg ****. I then woke up about 2am which kinda sucked but I was able to eat the meal I missed so it wasn't for naught.
I do feel the Test TD is effective based on some similar signs I have in common with B5150.
I feel pretty good during routine although I do lose a bit of my focus after the 60 minute time period, probably r/t the fact that 1 hour was my usual workout time for weights. As far as details re: sets/reps/weights for workout I will post in a few days when split is finished.
Any input or ideas would be appreciated.

Just my observation. I have used transdermal carriers prior to this. I have used Penetrate & T-gel. Both at concentrations <= 100mg/ml. At these concentrations I always had white residual and needed to apply additional solo carrier to treat. although I do have very few, very fine leftover particles with the Phlojel I do not have any white residue which points to more complete absorption/transport of the chemical across dermis. After this mornings application I had even less particles so this leads me to believe that the Phlojel has absorbed them more completely over the past 72 hrs.
Hope this helps anyone considering Transdermal application.

Yesterday was an off day and I definitely needed it. DOMS was kicking my ass a bit. Probably worsened by the time off prior to start and the fact that I had not been going at it full bore for about 3 weeks prior.
I do not have big expectations for this first week or the rest of the cycle. I am 100% into it and plan to have some good gains but it is more important to me to find out how I react to the Testosterone in transdermal since I have never used it before. The same goes for the Turinabol. I really had to restrain myself from adding other chemicals because they have been calling out to me from the medicine cabinet since Mid-November. That is why I have the cycle set up as it is. Couple of weeks of each chemical solo to see how my body reacts.
Todays workout was very good. I was able to maintain intensity a little longer than the last 2 workouts. I am not feeling any stronger. But to be honest I could not really care at the moment. Like I said this first week is really a recon week. I really just want to set my starting workout weights for the rest of the cycle. I could have been a bit more focused but today seemed to be hottie day at the gym
I am up 3 pounds from the start which I am attributing to extra fluid volume (intra & extracellular) and possibly a little extra glycogen uptake since I have been having unusual cravings for carbs. Either if not both are most likely the cause for the long lasting pumps I have been experiencing.
I have changed my strategy related to my workouts. Originally planned to do drop sets for the last set of each exercise but that seems a bit unrealistic for time and energy reasons. I will just do each last set to failure. I am also going to drop all cardio for the first half of the cycle and start up in the second half for more of a lean bulk/cut type of finish. I have the chemicals available to increase dosages as needed.
So you like the Phlogel better the T-gel? Keep us updated. I am thinking about doing a trans test cycle in the next month or so.
I think Phlojel is better as far as application. Better viscosity makes it easier to work with and Phlojel dries quicker. T-Gel does smell better, not that Phlojel smells bad. Actually, I added some D-limonene to the Phlojel so it has a similar odor. I have tried a 100mg/ml concentration with both Penetrate & T-gel and both left a white residue after drying and I needed to apply solo carrier to resolve. Phlojel does not leave this residue, but make sure you gently triturate with mortar/pestle for best results because I do have a few very fine particles (grit) on some applications.So you like the Phlogel better the T-gel?
Finish of my split. Overall I am happy with it. Was disappointed at the gym, some shmuck stole a piece of equipment that I was planning on using tonight. Wasn't feeling any stronger than I have in the past. Adapting well to the longer workouts. Focus was there through the whole workout.

Holy ****, that'll be the last time I type in my workout like that. I got a spreadsheet going and will determine % increase from start to finish. Like I stated previously, this 1st week was more of a recon. I will adjust weights accordingly for the rest of cycle.
Application of TD
I changed my schedule. Instead of applying 50ml TID, I will be applying 100ml in the am and 50ml in pm (both after showers). I increased my proviron to 50mg/day for no reason other than I felt like it, j/k figure as more Test is available I would like to have more SHBG bound. Libido is up. I was considering raising the Test dose but as I write this I am feeling a little head & neck tension that usually indicates "the ****s on" I upped my hawthorne to 2-550mg caps TID.
As I mentioned above, I have been struggling the past year with tendonitis. I believe it has hindered some of my potential gains. I was hoping that my anavar cycle would help but it did not. I tried a bottle of Cissus to no avail. I think my 9 day break from the weights helped out. I was not feeling the nagging pain that I previously have during my back & bicep workouts. That is why I took it a little easy on my biceps. I will monitor this and add extra stress in a slow contolled manor.

Dosing of test Transdermal
Haven't mentioned this yet.
Typical first time Test E weekly dose: 500mg
500mg X .72 (~28% is enthanate ester)= 360mg Test Base.
360/.40= 900mg/7= 128mg/day
I then adjusted dose to 150mg considering not all of the gel will make it to the skin. Some will be left on my fingers..you get the idea.

Off day from gym. Decrease in DOMS noticed, except for my calves. I completely intend to beat the **** out of them through this cycle. I am not sure if I measured them falsely at the start but I was on my throne and had the tape in arms reach so I measured them again. First flexed since as a short guy I am usually on the balls of my feet when on the throne. Then unflexed standing after I was done.
L-15 1/2, R-15 5/8 (cold flexed)
L- 15, R 15 1/8 (standing unflexed)
Not sure if it is possible that I could have put a 1/2 inch on my left calf after only 2 workouts. I know I would like to believe it possible but will chalk it up to false initial measurement. I did not measure them flexed originally.
Anybody experience something like this on Test?
I just applied my second dose of test and if I didn't already know where I applied I wouldn't be able to tell and it is only 3-5 minutes after. Dries quick with no greasy remnants and without residue as previously stated.

I was feeling pretty exhausted on the way to the gym but I had a good day at the gym. Definitely going to keep the cardio out for the first half. Felt good through the entire workout. Not sure if it is the Test or just getting used to new routine or possibly both. Felt pretty strong on my legs (335x6x6x6). Had an excellent pump in my quads through the entire workout.
I am up 6lbs from start. Granted, it is not LBM but in comparison to my previous SD & Anavar cycles it was quite unexpected. I know it is not excess food/fecal material in the intestines due to an unusual GI issue today. I had frequent formed stooling with excess gas, probably close to 6 BM's
I am not sure if it is the increase of hawthorne but the head & neck tension has resolved.
I'll update my measurements in the AM. Don't want the pump to skew the results.

Feeling pretty good. Off from work today so fitting in food is a complete non-issue. had the time so I added 20 minutes of low intensity cardio. Nothing spectacular as far strength ordinary workout. No DOMS from last nights workout but then again legs usually takes an extra day so tomorrow will be the tell.

I am considering increasing my test dosage to 200mg/day which would be comparable to ~612mg of Test E when I factor in ~10% loss on application and ~35% absorption. I have not had any problematic sides at the current dose and will back off if any problems arise.
Any input? Ideas?

Off day. Feeling very good. No DOMS from previous leg workout which is unusual especially since I did go up in weight and had experienced muscle soreness at the previous weight. One measurement that I neglected to post was my waist, which starting was 33" but has now hit 34". I am holding a higher BF% than I am used. I am relatively lean everywhere except the "handles". Excess kcals can be a real bitch with my body. I am going to continue with the calories as they are and see where I wind up at the end of week 3. I am eating clean, following my diet plan to a T. I don't mind the monotony since it is serving a purpose.
I increased my Test dose to 100mg last night, and 100mg this morning. I will continue with 100mg BID until planned stoppage on day 21. I am feeling a bit more oily today than I have been. No head tension, no acne/backne, no other noticeable sides.
On another note, after reviewing my labs I am very happy with my lipid profile. I know a lot depends on genetics but I do try to eat fairly clean most of the time. I also do not take much along the lines of lipid enhancing supplements, just EVOO and sporadic flax oil supplementation.
Long day @ work made the gym a little less enthusiastic. The increase in dosage has not added any real negative sides as of today. Just a little extra oil on face and head. One thing I have noticed is a flush on my triceps, forehead, and upper chest accompanied by a hot sensation. GI issue have also continued. I have been having frequent stooling >6 times/day with excessive large bowel gas. I have had C.difficile before if anyone knows what that is. The feeling of urgency and gas is very similar. Just no liquid stools like with C. difficile. I have Vancocin on hand if it continues.
Diet still on track, with some similar food substitutions on occasion.
No feeling of being "ON" like I have had with SD or Anavar. Strength was stable from last week, but lack of intensity had a negative effect I am sure. Weight dropped to 174lbs but still up 4 lbs from start; probably from above mentioned GI issue.
I was thinking about extending the Test an extra week along with the OT making the cycle 47 days instead of 40. PCT would remain the same.
I am also tempted to add other chemicals but then wouldn't get a true picture of what these chemicals do.
Input, experience, or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Hey, jonny21. I just finished a transdermal test cycle. I am in day 3 of PCT. I can tell you, based on my experience, I never really got that feeling of being "on" as compared to SD. I felt pretty normal for the entire time. Strength went up slowly as did my weight. I ended up gaining about 8-10 lbs in total. The best part of it is that the shutdown is nothing like what I experienced with SD or M1T. I pretty much feel exactly the same. This has been my most successful cycle thus far. Hope you enjoy yours.

Upon waist measurement this morning I was happy to see a decrease to 33.75. Overall I am not too happy with it having been down to 31" over the summer. I am carrying ~2% more BF though and it appears to be all in the handles.
Figured I'd address some items I have not yet. Libido, has been consistently high since around day 2. I have not had any noticeable shrinkage but do have an occasional ache down below similar to what I experienced on SD. I have been virtually side-effect free except for the flushing mentioned yesterday and the early head & neck tension that I feel was remedied by increase in Hawthorne. I have since tapered down the Hawthorne back to 3-550mg TID. From past experience, I have noticed that I do experience elevations in BP @ start of and/or if I increase dosages too quickly.
Didn't miss the gym yesterday. Today should have been an off day but I am heading up to NYC for the weekend so I needed to adjust the schedule a bit to coincide with days off. Strange day at the gym. My body just wasn't cooperating so I needed to stray from my planned strategy. Instead of going heavy I went kinda light and finished most exercises with drop sets.
Weight: 175lbs +5lbs from start.
Just read B5150's current log and I am having some difficulty with sleep myself. I am tired at night but just cannot get to sleep. When I do I wake up every 2 hours or so. I'll usually just eat something and try to get back to bed. Similar issue happened during SD cycle. I was considering adding Powerfull into but then I will not be sure of the effects of the OT when add in 3 days.
So far the Test TD has not made any noticeable pronounced difference. My tendonitis has been bearable though allowing for some heavier bicep work which I have been incapable of for the past 9 months or so. I do feel good and believe that the Test will make a good accompaniment to any chemicals I may run in the future. I still may continue the Test for an extra week or so.

Started 25mg of OT in the evening so I could let my body adjust instead of hitting it with 50mg from the start. Figured I'd save myself from the possible elevation of BP, headaches & head/neck tension that I experienced with Anavar.
Day 14: 200mg Test TD; 25mg OT
Well needed off day from the gym. I didn't like doing 4 in a row but life happens. Felt a little elevation in body temperature as well as slight tension in neck today. Both consistent with my oral AAS experience. Maybe things are starting to happen.
Cheat day on the diet, bag of doritos and 5oz bar of milk chocolate w/almonds, not only does life happen but **** happens too
Day 15: 200mg test TD; 50mg OT
Weight: 177lbs, +7lbs from start

Body Temp definitely up; felt it at work and a lot more sweat at the gym than usual. More focused today, felt strong. 590 on the leg press went up smooth, deep and precise for 3 sets x 6 reps. Final rep was was to failure but was done with strict form and deliberately slow. I felt as though I could have put up more weight on the last rep but I didn't have another full rep. I felt focused and strong thru entire workout.

Felt very good at the gym again. Only thing that hindered workout was tendonitis. Doing one-armed cable front raises with palm up, from the outside and ending face level. On left arm pain was unbearable with heavier weight. Backed off on weight and were doable with slight discomfort.
Feeling focused with extra endurance. I am figuring the new feeling at the gym is from the OT.
I am going to back off ~250 calories. Although I have been eating clean (except for the 1 cheat day) I have noticed some extra "handle" fat.

Feeling very good at the gym! Focused, smooth, and strong at the bottom of movements. Squats were very nice today: 335x6x6x6-drop set 200 to failure. All reps in working set were to parallel; drop set was to just below parallel. Didn't have another complete rep but I would swear I could have gotten an extra 20-40lbs up on #6 in set 3. At least that is how I felt.
Rest of the workout was similar except for biceps. Left arm tendonitis put a damper on things. Biceps felt great but the pain got a little extreme and ****ed with my concentration. I do not want to push it too much. I will back off thru rest of cycle and do lighter weights TUT style with my biceps.

In retrospect, I guess the Test TD has been doing its job. Besides being a little extra greasy and the initial head & neck tension, I have been side free. If shutdown was based on testicle size I would say that I am not shutdown since my "boys" appear their usual selves and libido has been above baseline. Can you say Proviron? Only itchy chest issues are related to the fact that I shaved my chest hair for better TD application/absorption.
Any input, ideas, Q's?

Nothing stellar in the gym tonite. Tendonitis issues have infiltrated into my chest & shoulder workouts. Just holding DB's in starting position for Arnie Presses was painful.
I also decided that I am also going to rotate my chest/shoulder/tricep routine every other week to allow more focus/energy to be evenly distributed. One week I will start off with chest then the next with shoulders and I will do the opposite on the other half of my split. So, each week I will start of with chest once & shoulders once. Triceps, who cares? I am even less concerned about them now that I need to back off my biceps a bit more.
I also backed off another 250 calories. and will see where I stand at the end of the week calorie wise. I had planned on leaning out a bit for the last half of the cycle. I have not been doing any cardio and in my initial calorie plan had included cardio so I have been ~500-750 calories over maintenance depending on the day.
Tomorrow is the last day of Test. I will adjust OT if needed. I have made adjustments to my PCT to include Powerfull and have removed Nolva and will rely on Clomid and Rebound. I will probably start Activate & Symmetry and run as a bridge to next cycle which will be a cutting cycle, possibly with a few of the following: Phera-Plex or ?M1T? for kickstart, Test, EQ, Tren, Winstrol, Var. Time will tell.
Day 21: 200mg Test TD; 50mg OT
Previously thinking about ending Test TD today but still have some and will continue until done, ~7 days left. I am going to start dosing all TD in am. I believe my very good day at the gym on day 19 was due to the fact that I dosed all in the am. Makes sense since peak levels are reported ~8hrs after application with a gradual decline after 12hrs. I will try the theory out and note the outcome. If I didn't make it clear, I have been dosing Proviron @ 50mg throughout and will continue 2 days(random #) after Test is finished.
Off day from gym. Feeling pretty good, but I usually feel pretty good anyway. Life is Good. I have not been experiencing any negative sides. Just a little extra grease on the face. None of the usual suspects. The "boys " are hanging the same.

Clothes are fitting tighter, feeling good today.

Good day in the gym. I base most of my progress on my squats. I couldn't really care about much else. 345x6x6x3, all to parallel. Drop set down 255, 200, 110 all below parallel and the final was almost literally ass to the floor(6" or so off). I am actually feeling bigger today.
Weight: 180; +10lbs from start.
Happy with the weight, especially since I cut ~500 calories/day.
Some minor back pumps, probably r/t the depth of my squats. Not typical for me to go that much below parallel.
Been playing around with different solvents for Test base. tried BA last night but it was less effective than the D-limonene.

Just doing the Test for sampling purposes. Cruising along at the gym. I have to say that I enjoy my old routine more than I enjoy this split, each bodypart 2X/week plan. I am feeling rushed on certain days just so I can fit my meals in.
Libido is still up although I've noticed some shrinkage in the sac. I am not too sure but I also think there might be a little exaggeration of my preexisting MPB, not that I care since I keep my head close to shaved most of the time.
Been experimenting with transdermal formulas using phlojel; all have been 100mg/ml.

I just finished the Iso P batch but it doesn't look any better at this stage than the others. My Test levels are going to be thru the roof with all of this sampling. I already feel increased heartrate and can tell my BP is climbing. I still need to give the Iso P batch adequate time to absorb but like I said it doesn't look any better from the start.
So far the D-limonene batch is the better of the 3. Smells better, doesn't dry out my skin, less residual particles. Unless I can find a better solvent that is the way I will go in the future. I do not feel like going out of my way to get any Test E powder to try that. I am not even 100% sure that the ester would be cleaved via hydrolysis in the medium. although it is possible to use chemicals with MW >400, their absorption is far less than smaller molecules.
I do have DMSO available but I am sceptical due to the odor.
Day 29 : 200mg+Test TD; 75mg OT
I am past the point that I had planned to take the Test TD but have been experimenting with different mediums to see what works the best. I have no way to tell actual absorption % but I am gauging onset by the increase of BP & heartrate that btypically follows.
I mixed up 100mg/ml batch of Test Base in Penetrate last night. With some heating the Test Base completely dissolved. I have used Penetrate before with DHEA and have always experienced a white residue after it dries. With this mix I have not experienced this. I still chase with some T-Gel but that is due to my insanity rather than need. I did notice a rise in BP and heartrate as well as some neck tension ~15minutes after application. I have never read anything re: Penetrate's absorption % but I am considering adding some DMSO just to see what happens I do not know if the penetrate has the highest absorption rate or no but I feel better not having particles of Test Base left on my skin, regardless of how small they are. If they are on my skin they are not in my blood where they are supposed to be.
The isopropyl alcohol batch turned out to be the one that had the most residual particles left. I will probably use the Penetrate for future Test Base TD. I like how the phlojel applies but do not think it can absorb the Test Base properly, hence the residual particles
Yesterday's workout was excellent. 630 on Leg Press x6x6x7 all smooth and deep. rest of the workout went well also, but i tend to focus on legs.
Libido still up. Feel really good, increased energy as well as decreased recovery time.

Used the Penetrate to see how it held up overnite. It did crash but with a little heat went back into solution and applied with no fuss or residual layer leftover.
Another good night in the gym. Focus still there despite goofballs trying to talk with me. Dudes at the gym are noticing an increase in my size. I typically wear oversized shirts but wore a wifebeater under a sweatshirt tonite. Guy I occasionally chat with was like "sh!t" you're getting big. Like I stated earlier, I am carrying a higher BF% than usual but I am not looking bloated at all. I am still fairly vascular and striations are visible in my chest and I still have good definition in my shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I can also easily distinguish my vastus medialis, rectus femorus and vastus lateralis. But like a ****head I still focus on the extra 1" or so on my love handles.
I am actually considering extending my cycle. I had planned to do a 5 week PCT and then a non-hormonal bridge to a cutting cycle but now the though of continuing the Test/OT and adding some Winnie and reducing calories to 250 below maintenance for an extra 30 days making total time on AAS 10 weeks/70days.
Or do my planned cycle, 5 week PCT, 6 week break and then do a Test, EQ, Tren cutter.
Still just thoughts at the moment
I would appreciate any feedback from those that have used any of the chemicals I have available. I am not too concerned with liver toxicity or lipids. I know they will work themselves out in the end.

Subscribed. Don't know how this one slipped by me. Great log jonni, gains are looking good. I hear ya on the extra body fat, drives me crazy when I try and bulk. That would be why I am still such a scrawney little puke.
Every time I start to gain a little mass I feel fat and start cutting. Sigh. Somethin about a nice set of defined ABS though. Chicks dig it.
I like the idea of shifting focus during a cycle. It seems like tons of people gain crazy weight, but a lot of it turns out to be fat. My plan for my current cycle is to go from a focus on recomp, to a cal increase/somewhat lean bulk, to a strict cut. It is the first time I've tried something like this (this cycle is more than 2x as long as any other I've done). Sounds good, I hope it works.
I'll be watching how your plan to tweak cals works out too. I think this might be a better way to maximize the potential of a cycle. It is even more logical considering summer is not too far away, and you shouldn't cut through PCT. For me, that means I can't start cutting (off cycle) unti early June.
This is definitely an interesting thread. I'll reread it once I track down some test base. Right now, the homebrew TD experiments go right over my head.

Today was scheduled to be a day off from the gym but I am modifying my routine. I have been enduring some extreme tendonitis in my left arm that makes doing biceps on the same day as back difficult. Doing them twice a week adds even more stress.
I am also going to start a "leaning out' phase of the cycle. I had originally planned cardio during the start of cycle but due to time restraints it became difficult. I also wanted to bulk a bit and cardio for me is usually counterproductive.
So this is my plan regarding workout/cardio:
Day 1: Legs/Back/Abs
Day 2: Chest/Shoulders/Cardio
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Legs/Back/Abs
Day 5: Chest/Shoulders
Day 6: Biceps/Abs/Cardio
Day 7: Triceps/Cardio
Cardio will be low intensity on Precor, nothing above 7.5 MET's. I will also be shortening my set scheme to make time for Cardio & Abs. I will do 1 warm up set following stretches followed by 2 working sets. On legs I will finish with Drop Sets because I love the close to vomit feeling I get with them. besides, there is nothing like a good prolonged quad pump JMO.
I am going to re-eval my caloric intake. To this point I have reduced ~500 calories and have still experienced some gains (5 of 12lbs since I started backing off calories) without increase in waist. Right now I am at ~maintenace kcals for weight training days.
The boys have gotten a bit smaller over the past week or so. Libido still there though. Sleep still hasn't been continous, but that has been so for almost 9 months now regardless of AAS.
Measurements this morning upon waking:
Biceps (cold flexed): R-15 7/8, L-15 5/8; +3/8-R, +3/8-L
Chest: 44 1/4; +1 1/4

These are my most visible options:
1- Continue as planned and end cycle in 9 days, do PCT, 6 week non-hormonal bridge, then do cutting cycle of Test/EQ/Tren. ?will be running AAS into July?
2- Extend current cycle with Test/OT by 30 days, reduce calories to 500 below maintenance.
3- Extend current cycle with Test/OT/winny or prostanazol for 30 days @ 500 calories below maintenance.
I am open for other options. Ideas are definitely appreciated.
I would lean toward 2 or 3, maybe more toward 3. You know what the characteristics of Test/OT are for you and your body and 2 would be a decent option if you feel that you may still be growing even in a slight defecit. I lean towards 3 because in recent cycles I have enjoyed (seen considerable body comp changes) finishing out with an androgenic compound. It seemed like it solidified gains. The drying out seemed to allow a little more caloric freedom. Loosing water weight (for me it is in my hips/stomach) detered any increased girth while still being able to eat a decent amount. If you are concerned with over fattening from this cycle that is how I would run it, cutting down a little of the surplus wet weight while still keeping pretty anabolic through my diet. If I were running say a Test/Tren/M4OHN cycle right now I would be dropping out the Test with 4-5 weeks left and adding 3-alpha (or your choice of DHT androgenic) to finish it out.Originally Posted by jonny21

Just wanted to update on Test Base in Penetrate. Upon further scrutiny there was a residual white layer left after my last application. Depends on the lighting but it was noticeable. I do have a lead on another solvent/penetration enhancer. Will keep those that care updated.
I tried using everclear with d-limonene as a solvent:

This one ain't looking too good either, heated and still very gritty. None of the batches made with BA, IP or EC as solvents have been up to snuff. I am working on getting some Ethoxydiglycol AKA Transcutol.

Good workout today. Tore up my triceps. I am feeling a bit better about my arm:calf ratio so I do not mind hitting my arms a little heavier. Also the new plan allows for more rest for my aching tendon. No noticeable negative sides, besides my slightly shrunken testicles. I would swear that they got softer also
Reformulated a few things. I started with some cardio on Day 31 and will continue as listed in earlier post.
Caloric needs based on BF% of 14, might be slightly lower.
Calculations: (500+(22 X KG LBM))X1.1= BMR
Activity 1 weight training: 4.5 MET's(BMR/24)X1 (duration)
Activity 2 Precor: 6.5 MET's(BMR/24)X.333(20minutes)
Weight training only: 430+2275=2705
Weight Training and Cardio: 430+205+2275=2910
Tweeked the meal plan to 2700 kcals. weekly deficit to start is 600 kcals. will adjust as needed depending on energy levels and results.
I mixed up a batch of Tren Base TD, came out perfect with Phlojel and added D-limonene.
Here is my new chemical plan for the next 30 days:
100mg Test TD, for well being
100mg Tren Base; amount based on 75mg Tren Acetate EOD--525mg in 14 days. 525 X .87= 456.75/.35=1305/14= 93.2mg/day
Dropping the Stanazol, want to add 1 new chemical at a time. I want to see how I react to Tren.
Day 33: 100mg Test TD; 100mg Tren TD; 50mg OT
Feeling pretty damn good today, started the Tren last night. I actually wound up taking 75mg OT and 60mg Stanazol, I was on autopilot this morning
Weight: 182, + 12lbs from start. No weight gain in 3 days but have cut calories and added cardio (2 sessions done in the 3 days).
I love leg days. Close to vomiting on squats. 345x6x6x6, dropset-290, 200, 110 ass to floor. Rest of the workout was very focused and mindful. Some lower back pumps from the Squat drop set hung around thru calves but then resolved. Felt pretty good to do abs considering I haven't done them in a few years.
