  2. Looks good....I think you should post your AAS history, too.

    What made you decide to do prostanazol at the end of the cycle?

    I was thinking of doing something similarly, but with PP and prost on the front, leading into SD.

    I thought of doing prost throughout, but my latest feeling is that I will do the SD alone to finish off the cycle.

    You should also have some Taurine powder on hand.

    Also, I have heard that the AI should ramp up as the SERM comes down.

    Thanks for the interest on my log, this log is actually a copy-paste from another forum. The purpose of posting it over here is to give members the feedback information they need to make their decisions when it comes to these types of compunds. I have done one previous cycle of Superdrol which was stoped on day 15 due to an injury.

    The reason I have placed Prost. with SD is that I see SD and Prost. as compunds that will "dry" you out and give you a complete repartitoning composition. They will leave me leaner and with a better physical result. I have read many logs and they all relate to how "wet" Phera-Plex is and how it should be used at the begining with a full bulk and continue with the high calories up until you begin the SD/Prost. I will have a large amount of calories...but will be more clean.
    Hopefull it will work out and so far I am on day 11...and I will update this log soon.

    I only seem a bit more hungry and very calm throughout the day.

    Day two a I am feeling no change, only my solid chest...guessing is lactic acid ....feels good. My tri's didn't get as sore, but then again I didn't blast them on my previous workout. And Phera-Plex at the moment isn't changing anything, but I am not expecting it to do so during these first few days. We'll see how it goes with my Delt/Leg reoutine.

    Very hungry, damn my appetite matches my forum name
    I also had a yo-yo headache which I am confident has nothing to do with the cycle, I had a rough night settling some matters and I went to sleep at around 2am and woke up at 8am. NOT ENOUGH FOR ME


    NOTES:

    I underestimated Phera-Plex diurectic effects, SD was pretty strong on that topic, but I never felt dehydrated. I drank water continously all day and will up the amount immediately. I had a dry mouth and felt very thirsty.
    It was a rest day and tomorrow I will do Legs and Delts, burn more calories....eat more Turkey, mashed potatoes, Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan Pie, and Ham!

    None so far, it's my 4th day on PP and I am really enjoying it's non-existing sides. I have yet to hit my gym and see if it's effects are being implemented on my muscle, looking forward to those Presses and Squats.

    NOTES:
    Once again a am very thirsty and crave liquids all day, my hunger was quite aggressive..and what better day . I am really enjoying a bulk during the feasting holidays. I am resting from my deads, and I need it. My traps are very sore and I am looking forward for a destruction of my delts tomorrow.

    ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS:
    I had a painful sensation on the front park of my neck, near my throat. It was a sharp pain that spreaded about 1/2 inch. It went away 2 hours later, my mild headache hit me again earlier this evening, but I believe it was the disrupt sleeping pattern from the holidays.

    NOTES:
    My weights did not increase at my gym, but my appettite has increased greatly. I feel like eating everything in site...hell, I'm hungry right now.

    *Excellent workout, it was the first time I used the Power Hooks and I won't train chest/delts/back without them.... :nosthumbs for these hooks.

    *Although....My BP at CVS was 149/70
    but I went home and I have experience with a BP monitor and it clocked me at 122/75. So , but I am pretty sure that CVS was faulty. I feel no further sites and will go to another pharmacy for assurance.

    NOTES:
    I felt real motivated and full of endurance during my workout, I had no sense of fatigue or wanting to stop. No oily skin or problems with acne. Felt normal and well all day. I do feel harder on my pecs and bis, so far I am enjoying Phera-Plex.

    My apettite continues to be very aggressive and I'm lovin' it. I am also very sore on my chest...all of my chest. Went heavier than usual thanks to the power hooks. I workout at home and have no available spotter....only a lazy brother.
    Today was the first of my 30mg Phera-Plex dosage and would like to ask you guys what you beleive is the most optimal way to dose 30 and 40 mg of Phera-Plex?
    At the momet I am taking them with a 4-5 hr. division, but what to do with 40 mg?

    *Excellent workout. Yes, alot of deadlifts, but I felt so strong and focused on every rep. I didn't want to stop, until I hit the last rep with 250.
    One of my best back workouts...especially with the deadlifts .

    NOTES:
    Seriously one of my best workouts in a good while, I am lucky to workout at home, if not, I would have hogged the rack for a good hour. I also have no sides to report which is great, I was expecting a few sides at 30mg! So far I only notice and increase in strength and increase in appetite. My muscles after my workout fell full and hard. I also don't seem to be getting any bloat and since I am really sensitive to creatine mono. I was expecting mild bloatness.

    NOTES:
    I did have a very disturbing headache as detailed above. I checked my BP and it was 'normal', so I can't relate it to my blood pressure. But I can relate it to the terrible night I had. If you read my review on STIM-X, you can see that I had a rough night. I felt energized half the day, but then tired and had a lack of motivation from 2pm and on. I will do my best to get a full nights rest and see what happens tomorrow. I look forward to my workout since by now Phera-Plex effects should be kicking in much more. My appetite was a bit less aggressive today and I had to remind myself to eat a couple of times.

I can only say that PheraPlex, in my case, has given my an increase in appetite, strength and appetite. Not amazing increses such as SD, but the fact that it is side free at the moment makes it worthy. Today was the first day on 40mg and will post update this log asap.

    Workout was pretty good, nothing amazing. The fun part was the great pumps I got out of every rep. I was also a bit tired, since I had a later than usual workout.

    Physical Changes:
    Vascularity is increasing, I notice my veins are more surfaced.
    Pumps are getting better.

    NOTES:
    Not one of my best workouts, no PRs, but the pumps were pretty amazing. I also felt a bit more tired and my appetite is less agressive. Sleeping patterns are the same (good) and my BP was 118/75 (took it 3 X), So that's a relief.

    I will have my full body stats and a two week conclusion this Saturday.

    For some reason my chest was fully pumped and rock hard during all of my classes today. I also had DOMS on my back, got sore days after, hasn't happened ever before. My triceps are heavily sore from yesterday, too bad I can't say the same about my delts. :weight_li We all know that soreness does not equal muscle growth, but I loooove the feeling.

    I am not sure if it was Phera-Plex or the release of STIM-X that gave me the extra bolt of strength I'm sure it was PP, but the news did put me in a great mood. I am very pleased with my new personal best, I was at 100X1 for about 1-2 months and today my biceps swelled up a great amount, but not as pumped and hard as my quads....I was moments from tearing my shorts! This was a very enjoyable workout, but I am not too pleased from Phera-Plex since I was expecting more and so far, closing on week 2, I am only a few lbs. up on my lifts. I don't notice an increase in LBM and at the moment I am only enjoying the increased libido and strong appetite.
    I am looking forward to the 40mg, although it seems alot...I believe it will make a few changes on my training :buff: . I will have my full body stats tomorrow, let's see what they have to say.

    Not to much to report today, I notice the weight gain isn't as amazing as that of Superdrol but I feel much better, both emotionally and physically. With SD I had Pumps, few headaches and up 15lbs on the scale. So PP has it's pros over SD. I have 2 more weeks on PP and I am confident I will have good results at 40mg, which I begin tomorrow and combined with SD something great is bound to happen. I am taking in my oils, vitamins and 4 dosings of Perfect Cycle which I believe is a results of my well-being. A stressed liver can really change your emotionall status. Measurements are up and they seem borderline what I expected, but it's worth it since I feel very good and have no major sides effects.

    It was an excellent day and I can't really determine if it was a coincidence that I had so many lift increases on the day I up my dosage to 40mg. MY appatite was normal as usual and I was also very thristy all day, I am taking in ~2.5 gallons of water a day. This week will determine Phera-Plex's potency since next week will be the bridging week and the grand Superdrol will be added on. I do notice that my arms seem bigger, it might just be in my head, but I am sure that my bis have more mass (not fat). As I mentioned before, I am nearing the end of my first Perfect cycle. But I am confident that this supplement has really proven itself worthy. During my SD cycle I was only taking in MT and felt alot worse. So far I enjoyed the 40mg of Phera-Plex and I really hope it continues to work great and be side free.

    I had an excellent, amazing and powerful back workout. It was great and magical I had a strong "I can do anything" feeling that lead me to my new Personal Best Record on a compound lift. I am really excited about this and I am now sure that Phera-Plex is taking full effect. My appetite was a bit less aggressive, since when the climate gets cold I get less hungry.
    Also please note that I am taking Phera-Plex 20 minutes before any meal on an empty stomach during the first 2 dosages. The last two dosages I eat it with food. I am lead to believe that it helps greatly with the absorption. Before I used to take it about 10 minutes before eating and not completely on an empty stomach.

    Let me begin with the testicular shrinkage, I was alarmed to realize I was not "normal", but after turning on the house heating sytem and the temp was back in the 70's, gravity began to take place. So it wasn't PP, it was this damn cold weather
    My appetite is back and very aggressive and it seems that I am not gaining body fat, I feel very ''dry'' and havn't experienced any bloat. PP has so far been great, despite the absence of a PR on my Delts/Tricep workout. I feel great and have no side effects, my muscles seems harder and I am looking forward to next weeks measurements. I once again had a great workout, rep after rep I was enjoying every second of it. Although it has been great with PP, I am very eager to see the effects of SD once again...2 days to go.
    -I also decided to take an Ergo. AMP, and I am very disappointed with it's effects. I will have a review on it soon.

    It's been great with PP so far and I can only describe it as a product with very minimal side effcts and very satisfying gains. BAMMY, ran a PP log ad had a few, non aggressive sides that I have yet to experience. I will have more detail on the last day of my cycle(conclusion). I had a great day, with the nominations and a new place on these forums(more later), I feel more connected and useful to everyone on this board. My workout, once again, went fantastic and I have no symptoms of lethargy or weakness, I feel strong! I was able to pick up a ''heavy'' box today, that I couldn't even move 1 month ago.
    It's events like those that make this cycle so fulfilling and pleasant. I am 1 day from my second part of this log, Superdrol awaits me, I can smell the side effcts from here. I am ready for the testicular shrinkage, but they will return...right DarkFalcon? I am set up and ready for part two and I thank you all for being here and having interest in my log.

    So the time has come, I will begin my 20mg dose of SD tomorrow, I beleive that 20 is a bit much, but I am confident that 10mg would be a waste....why did't they make 15mg caps
    I had an excellent and powerful workout, my PRs were exciting and I take it as a sign, a sign from PP saying Good Bye :nosthumbs I will miss this compund and it side effect free habits. I am going to split the SD dosages, one at 9am and the other at 3, then next week implement Prostanozol. I am very eager to what Prostanozol has in stor for me. It will be my first time with that supplement and I am curious of its effects. It did a damn good job with DarkFalcon, and I hope to have similar results.
    Also an update on my Perfect cycle dosages, I am taking one in the morning and one at night. Fish oils with every other meal, so 3-4 a day and my multi of course. I have felt so comfortable with PP during these 3 weeks and I look forward to it in the future. Also note that I gained ~1.5lbs in 1 week, this is not the total net gain.

So far so good w/ SD and I will continue with this dosage split all throughout the week. This saturday I will have measurements and stats posted. Lets see what 2 weeks of PP/SD can do.
