carbs-600gmrs (good sources oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, ect)
fat-120grms (olive oil, flaxseed oil, omega 3,6,9)

I have already started front loading Liv.52, Pro-liver, Red Yeast Rice, Cholestrol Support.
Methoxy-trn, nobody knows how toxic its going to be but, by week 5 i should know if to take it or not. By then we should have logs and bloodwork from the people that already used it.
