    Well I have just began my post cycle sadly enough. I will keep track of my workouts each day, weight, and how I am feeling. Here are the post cycle supps:

    Week 1-3: Nolva 60/40/20
    Week 1-?: RXT 2 cap/day-5 days, 3 caps/day- 2-3 weeks, might go up to 4 depending on sides.
    Week 1-?: Lean Xtreme 3 caps/day
    Week 1-6: Tribulus 5g/day
    Week 1-8: Fenugreek 2g/day
    Week 1-6: ALRI N-Gorge recommended dosage (4 caps 2x day?) doesnt say on the net.

    I am not for sure how long I am going to run the RXT and lean xtreme, the RXT for at least 5-6 weeks, and i might just stay on the LX all summer as I tend to get pretty stressed during the summer, so I want to lower that cortisol For the tribulus I am taking SAN Endotest, Primaforce FUZE, and Optimum Nutrition's Tribulus 625 caps, just mixing them all together for a daily dosage of 5-6g. Fenugreek is by NOW foods. I am going to dose the RXT going by how I feel, if I start feeling my estro levels are too low I will drop down the dosage.

    Splitting the RXT morning and night with a fatty meal, the LX first thing in the morning, then 4 hours later, then the last dose before bed. Tribulus and fenugreek are evenly split into 3 doses. I will dose the N-Gorge as suggested. I may try a bottle of ultra hot after my RXT runs out, waiting on feedback from it, but the RXT is tried and proven so I am sticking with that for now.

    Diet is pretty lean, protein from tuna, chicken, steak, cottage cheese, and turkey chili. Carbs are mainly whole wheat bagels, oats, and wheat bread. Tomorrow I will post my daily intake to give an example. Protein is around 350-400g/day, carbs in the 400g/day range. Going to up my fats alot with peanuts, Flax oil, and olive oil.

    Here is the workout I am planning on following, I am currently taking this week off from lifting due to being overtrained.

    Monday
    Flat Bench- several warmups, 5x5 @ set weight
    Incline Flyes- 2-3x12

    Tuesday
    Box Squat- several warmups, 5x5 @ set weight
    SLDL- Work up to heavy 6-8 reps
    Weighted Back ext.- 2x10
    Leg curls- 2x6-8
    Leg ext- 2x12-15

    Thursday
    Arnold Press- work up to heavy 6 reps
    Side raises- 2-3x10
    Upright rows- 3x10

    Skull crushers- Work up to heavy 6 reps
    Cable Tri Ext.- Work up to heavy 6-8 reps
    DB kickbacks- 3x12

    Friday
    Pullups- 3x 1-2 reps shy of failure
    JS Bent Over Rows- 5x5 @ set weight
    Reverse grip pulldowns- 2x8-12
    Rear DB raises- 4x10

    EZ Bar curls- 3x10 set weight
    Hammer curls- 3x10
    Preacher curls- 2x12

    Shrugs- Work up to heavy 8-12

    That is the plan on the workouts at least, if I am feeling run down after the first few exercises I will probably just call it a day since it is post cycle and I dont want to get overtrained and get too extremely broke down. If anyone has any comments/suggestions on my workout/diet/supp regimen feel free to let me know!

  2. Post-cycle sucks, but at least you're making it interesting. I'm intrigued by the Trib-stack of Endotest, Fuze, and such. Of course, I'm also looking forward to your experience with N'Gorge. Good luck.

  3. Ya, on the tribulus I had a few bottles of optimum nutrition's stuff sitting around from last post cycle, it is cheap as hell, so I dont know how effective it is. I got the FUZE because everyone said how it is pretty much the exact same as Syntrax's FUZU and that it was really good, so I thought I would give it a shot. Then I thought the Endotest looked pretty good so I got some of that too, someone else on here said they tried it and really liked it, so I figured I would just throw them all together.

    I'm really excited to see how the RXT goes, seems everyone is getting stronger or at least holding their strength post cycle, so I am hoping that really helps me out. I ran lean xtreme with my last pct and think it helped pretty good in retaining gains. Im also excited to see how the N-Gorge works, I'm not real nuts on how the propriety blend is only 550mg, but I do understand Authors point on how too much of the NO precursors can inhibit the creatine, he is very knowledgeable, so I trust it will work very well. Also as Aflexaholic said, really all the NO supps do for you is make you feel bigger for a couple hours and thats it. This will be interesting to see how the pumps are I get, as all the NO products I have ever tried never worked for me, other than the very first bottle of NOX2 I used exactly 2 years ago. I've went through probably 4-5 bottles of Nitrix- got nothing, went through another bottle of NOX2 and didnt notice anything there either, then I tried a bottle of Higher Power NO-XS-not a damn thing there. I would like to try some Cissus too, but may wait a few weeks as not to skew the results as it seems to be giving good pumps too, and I want to know how the N-Gorge is doing on its own. My left shoulder just started giving me some problems a few weeks ago, so I was wanting to see if the Cissus would help with that, but I think the shoulder problem may have been caused from too many weeks lifting heavy and overtraining. Hopefully this week off does some good.

  4. It should probably also be noted that in my experiences with creatine, I am a non-responder. I dont bloat or put on any weight, dont notice any strength, and maybe just a little added endurance, so if I do notice something with the N-Gorge that will be saying alot.

  5. Chest went today, didnt feel as bad as I thought I would. My shoulder is really going to be giving me some problems I think in a few weeks when I start pushing it alot harder. I also started noticing some tricep tendonitis towards the last few sets on bench, never really had that before except when I would go really heavy. So that is kind of worrying me, but it should get better, might get some Cissus Rx and give that a shot if it starts impairing my workouts.

    Flat Bench: Barx10, Barx10, 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 275x5, 275x5, 275x5, 275x5 (really easy)

    Incline DB flye: 30x12, 40x12, 50x12, 60x12, 60x15, 60x12

    Not a real hard workout. Considering this last week I took off and actually all of my measurements increased, I must have been really overtrained, and I thought it would be best to come back into it a little easier, as I really dont feel 100% yet, I think my CNS was pretty zapped there before I took that week off. N-Gorge should be in here towards the end of the week, looking forward to see what it does. BTW, I only got a little under 4 hours of sleep last night, so considering that I was surprised by how well tonights workout went.

    For an example of a low volume for some people, I'm hitting chest 2x/wk. For freeweight bench, I do a heavy set of 5-8 and follow with a light set of 15-20 adn that's it! For any machine stuff, I do 1 rest pause set...i.e. 1 x 10,3,2=1x15

    I do an upper / lower 3 day split. I do the same amount of volume for each bodypart and workout major compounds all similarly to the bench set, while smaller iso movements I tend to do RP fashion.

    I probably do 20-30 sets PER WEEK. It's been working well for me anyway.

I know at the moment I am not going to go to lifting 3 days a week, that would be really hard for me to get used to, but it obviously works. This summer I may have to drop down to a 3 day split when work gets too hectic. If you wouldnt mind posting your routine kwyck, I would really appreciate it

  10. Just sort of messing around the other day I made a 3-day split off the template of DC training, not planning on trying it anytime soon, but I figured I would get it made up so I would have it handy this summer. I will try and find it and post it later.

    Will do I jumped from 5->3 days not that long ago. It helped. I feel I could w/o another day though, but I'll hold off on that until diet is in check.

    Arnold Press 1 set RP (Nursing injured shoulder)
    Skull Crushers 1 set RP (high reps)
    Rack Chin 1 set RP
    BB Row* 1 set 5, 1 set 10+

    SATURDAY
    Alternating DB 1 set RP
    Pinwheel Curls* 1 set
    Calve Leg Press* 1 set
    Stiff-legged deadlift* 1 set
    Hack Squats 1 set 4-8, 1 set 15+

    TUESDAY...............Rotation 3

    Incline Bench Press 1 set 5, 1 set 15-20ish
    Military Press (to ears) 1 set RP
    Dips Machine 1 set RP
    Pull Downs Back 1 set RP
    Floor DL* 1 set 6-8 (adding another high reps set here soon)

    THURSDAY

    Incline DB Curls 1 set RP
    One Hand RG Cable Curl* 1 set
    Seated Calve Raise* 1 set
    Lying Leg Curl 1 set RP
    Leg Press 1 set 4-8, 1 set 15-20ish

    All RP (rest pause) sets are done similar to this: 1 x 10,3,2 = 15 total reps. However, reps vary. On some exercises, such as ham curls, I'll do much higher reps. Others, I may do an 8,3,1, etc. I go by what feels best.

  12. I really like that workout set up, it looks really good. I still want to stick to kind of a powerlifting routine, so I am unsure of what I want to do at this point. I definetly want to try that routine sometime though.
  13. Day 2


    Its not really day 2 since I have been on post cycle, but I will just start numbering it like this since I started the log yesterday. Legs today, 5x5 on squats sucks, I forgot how much fun they were. Too tired to do much accessory stuff after the 5x5 of squats, I figured it would turn out that way, I dont think there will be much accessory stuff going on for these leg days. Felt somewhat ok, got 4hrs of sleep again last night, could not go to sleep. My shoulder hurts whenever I position it how I am most comfortable when I sleep, so that makes it difficult. Anyways, went good considering the sleep loss. Better get caught up tonight. Here was the workout:

    Box squat: barx10, 135x8, 225x5, 315x5, 355x5, 355x5, 355x5, 355x5, 355x5

    Hack squat: light set for 20 reps

    Weighted DB situps:
    120x20

    Weighted DB decline situps: 50x12

    I should have done a few more warmups on squats, my first work set of 5 was pretty difficult, but after that I must have been more warmed up as they werent as bad. The thing that is really getting me now on this 5x5 program is my endurance. Since I was training for powerlifting the past 15 weeks or so, it has been so long since I have gone over 3 reps with a heavy weight on a core lift. First 3 reps are always super easy, but then I just run out of steam. This should get my endurance up though.

    Diet is still going good. I'll try and get a weight posted tomorrow morning. Despite the lack of sleep, I really havent been feeling that bad. Yesterday I was a freaking zombie in class, but today I woke up before my alarm with a jolt of energy and had a ton of energy till about 6pm, then I laid down for about 20min, then went and lifted. Might go get some melatonin tonight, I usually use sominex if I need to get some sleep, but that hasnt been working lately, im out of nyquil, and I want to try some melatonin lol. I was thinking today how it would be cool to have some GHB, increased GH levels I am ready to try this N-Gorge out, Im thinking end of this week or monday I should have it, sorry guys I was a little slow sending off the check in the mail, and no I dont have a credit card lol.

    I hit bench, deads, and squats every two weeks with assistance work in between. I'm sure that should be enough to get strong on

    Plus, doing deads and squats all the time in the low rep ranges with REALLY heavy sets is bound to overtrain you much sooner than later.
  15. Day 3


    Weighed in at 198.5 this morning, thats ok I guess. At the end of the cycle I was weighing around 199-200 in the mornings, so really its not down that much. Last week I got up to 202 somehow, I dont know if it was water retention or what, diet wasnt any different other than one day I ate a pizza for dinner, so that may have done it.

    Chest and legs are so sore today, 5x5 is fun Legs will hurt worse tomorrow Im sure.
  16. Day 4


    Tuesday I woke up with a sore throat, didnt think much of it, but its not really going away, so I dont feel all that great. Did tris/shoulders(somewhat) today. My right shoulder bothers me when I do any type of overhead press, even really light. With side raises there is just a little pain at the top, but not unbearable. Weighed in at 199.5 this morning. Workout went ok despite feeling like ****.

    Skull crushers: 95x10/115x10/135x8/155x8

    Mchn Tri ext:
    100x10/110x10/120x10/140x7

    DB kickbacks
    : 30x12/35x12

    DB side raises: 15x10/20x10/25x10/30x10/35x10

    That was pretty much it. Didnt want to push it too much especially since I dont feel well. I am going to take a bunch of sudafed tonight and try to get alot of sleep.

  17. On a side note with the supplements, I have already bumped the RXT up to 3 pills/day, but the funny thing is I dont know how well it is actually blocking estrogen. What I am basing that on is my nipples are still puffy most of the day, they arent like ridiculous puffy, but I can tell it is from excess estrogen in my system, so I dont know what to think about that. I noticed a thread in the DS section where someone thought they were having the same problems.

    As for the LX, fenugreek and custom tribulus blend, my libido still seems to be fine, today it did seem a little lower than normal, but I am going to attribute that to being sick, not that well rested, and I am just plain wore the **** out from the 5x5 for squats, that **** is rough. If my sex drive drops down too bad I am going to be irate lol.

    Nate definitely keep us posted on that. I have a little over a week left on my cycle, and I'm starting to notice a little puffiness. I'm having a hard time deciding what to use for PCT. I actually may just start dosing Nolva for the last week, and reevaluate the situation from there.

Well that little sore throat I thought was going to go away still hasnt, I have been taking some allergy meds like benadryl, but its not really helping, and then this morning I had a 99.8 degree temp, so I am going to go to the doc tomorrow to hopefully get this taken care of. I dont feel terrible, but I dont feel good at all. I definetly dont want to be getting sick right now in the beginning of post cycle. I am actually eating more than normal so I can keep my cals up to try and prevent weight loss. Hopefully will be all better in a couple days. Most likely going to lift tomorrow, unless I feel really weak, then I will just postpone it a day.

  22. I can still eat ok, its not terrible pain, just mainly an annoyance. It is the temperature that is bothering me, I dont want my metabolism to be going even faster in pct from a higher temp and getting weaker from it. Also, I am stopping the LX until I am all better. I remember reading in the write up for LX that you were to discontinue usage when sick. I have upped my dose on that the past couple days because of higher stress levels, so that probably isnt helping out any.

  23. I feel like ****!!! This is really pissing me off, I got my N-Gorge in today too. When I was taking my biochem final today I started getting an ear ache, this blows. I dont mind being sick as long as I can still lift, but its frickin post cycle and this is not good. My appetite is pretty much gone, but so far today I have got in around 4000 cals already, there is no way I am going to let myself lose anything lol, this is really driving me nuts. I have a doctor appt. tomorrow morning. Knox had some left over antibiotics so I started those today, then hopefully get some more tomorrow. I am just going to try and get really rested up, no finals tomorrow so thats good. I really hope I can lift tomorrow....so scared of losing muscle/strength lol. I might not be stepping on a scale for a few days, dont want to increase my flusterness anymore
