Cycle Thoughts?

Next week I will be starting a new cycle, decided I wanted to post what I will be running and see what others thoughts were on it.

First off here are my stats
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 185
BF - 14-15%

I am currently still trying to bulk up some and add some weight before I cut down in March/April. I coach/play baseball and slow pitch softball, trying to rebuild and add muscle and strength before the cut. I have had 2 reconstructive surgeries on my right arm, 1 to my shoulder and 1 to my elbow. Due to those I lost a significant amount of strength and muscle which has come slow at rebuilding.

Will be running the following on cycle:

Week 1-4
Decadrol Max by IML - 25mg 3x day
Cycle Assist by CEL - 4 pills 2x day

Week 5-8
Will be running the following PCT
Clomid(50/50/25/25) or Nolva(20/20/10/10)
Sup3r PCT by OL - 4 pills 1x day
DAA - 3g day


I also take a joint supplement, multivitamin, 2-3g fish oil and creatine.

Diet is pretty clean. My bulk macro's are 1.5g/lb protein, .5g/lb fat, 1.5g/lb Carb

My biggest concern is with PCT, I have never used clomid or nolva as until now I have only used LG ph kits with Form-xt and have just used that. If anyone has thoughts on which is better, clomid or nolva and why I would appreciate it. Also, I wont have a prescription for either so I'll have to go with a RC, does anyone have opinions on which company is better that sells the RC's.

The above is for the most part my daily diet. I do change it up occasionally. I work midnights at a factory, so I prepare my food every sunday night for the week.

Both of our board sponsor RC comps. are good. How long ago were your surgeries? If you are trying to increase strength with PHs you need to be very careful as sometimes the strength gains can over power joints and connective tissues.
