Hello there friends.
ive read over the net about cycles and stuff but havent
really found anything strength oriented.
im thinking about it very hard and am a planning person
so im looking for all advice i can get before i do something
this serious.
im training naturally now and have a fairly clean diet.
all advice is more than welcomed
