I have been lifting for about 5 years now and starting a cycle of Assault Labs M-Sten Extreme Mass Gainer.
I am 6'1, 25 years old, and 194lbs. I am trying to put on and keep 11lbs which shouldn't be too difficult given M-sten's reputation (this is my second run).
I will be consuming roughly 4300 calories a day. I will be running it for 4 weeks at 3/4/4/5 or 3/4/5/5 depending on how I feel.
Taking A.I.'s cycle support and extra (hawthorne berry, milk thistle, etc). THIS LOG IS TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED. Even if people choose not to
follow or post I am going to be updating for my own personal purpose. I would love if someone had anything to input or ask. Thanks if you read this!
