WOW. DEFINITELY MY BEST DAY ON THIS CYCLE YET.
I hit all the morning supps, then 1.5 scoops of Condense. It's my new favorite PWO. Fasted training early this morning. I love training first thing in the morning.
I feel so awesome. The exemestane at 12.5 eod and 1.5mg prami is dialed in perfectly.
One of my best workouts in a long time this morning. DB bench up to 120's x 2 sets of 5. I could have done the 130's (Max on the rack) but I might have needed help on the first one. Cable flys in different angles, triceps with a 45 overhead x 3 sets of 20, rope pull triceps, cable read delts, 5 sets of pull ups with different grips. My body was so tight, some of the best pull ups I've done, zero swing, perfect form. Then these 2 chicks came and setup so I kept doing pull ups.
I couldn't even do pullups for most of my life. Strength today was outstanding. Hanging leg raises and an ab machine for 4 sets of 15 @120. I used to do 80.
Some much needed stretching as my low back and hams are tight. I've been slacking on the stretching and I can feel it, not in a good way.
I just got to work and this little fcker sophomore said "fck you" to me. I had to try really hard to control the Tren rage. He got real close to me and almost pushed me. It took everything I had to not completely destroy him. But then I remembered that teachers have no rights anymore and my only weapon is the pen and referral to the dean. The rest of the class was telling him to leave so I didn't kill him. That was funny to me.
I want to go lift again.

Sounds like an epic session to me man! Haha you have a lot more self control than me, I've been confrontational just on 750mg test so it's going to be very interesting when I add the tren in....

Let me tell you about the tren cough... I aspirated and there was a tiny drop of blood in the needle. This happened once before with my trt but nothing bad happened, so I injected. When I was done, I felt my lungs fill up like a bong hit. It felt like I just inhaled super deep and the cough was approaching. Luckily I have lots of experience from weed in high school and college holding a cough so it was no big deal at all. But even now, I feel like I could cough, especially if I take a deep breath. Interesting phenomenon the way it creeps up and you feel it coming. I can see how people cough like crazy when this happens. They must have never ripped a 4 foot bong hit before

Leg press: 6 sets of 10, building up to 8 plates on each side
Quad extensions: Single leg x 105x10x4
Ab Crunch machine 200(stack) x 25x3
The weight was so easy today. Everything was just so easy. My last squat PR was about a week ago @385.
I got some new liquid prami and I read that some guys take it in the morning. That was a really bad idea. I felt nauseous even now. After I got home from the gym, I immediately passed out for 30 hard minutes. I'm going to take another nap now. Prami at night only for me. Plus I kind of have this weird hangover feeling headache. Whatever. PR's are awesome!! And my wife was standing there watching me so that's always cool

I went to bed late, 10pm. Usually its before 9 but wifey wanted date night. I was dragging my ass around until I got to the gym. Then I just woke up and got after it. DB bench up to 120x5x2, DB pullovers 100x10x3, cable flys, triceps.
Then I went to the dips machine. I haven't done dips in about 8 months because of this damaged shoulder. I did 25 with 105 and it was too easy. So I put it to 210 and did 10 easy. So I said screw it and went to the dips chair. I got 3 sets of full range dips x 12 reps. I couldn't believe it, no shoulder pain. That's the best news I've heard in a long time. They wanted to surgically remove 2cm of my clavicle because its degenerating. The orthos called it "weightlifter's shoulder" (distal clavicular osteolysis). No pain at all! I was going to get my dips belt and throw on some weight but I will ease back into it.
I don't know if it's from the tren or the deca or the not doing dips for so long, but I am crazy excited.

Sorry man I havent been on here lately, Ive been getting ready for a move so with work and packing and helping with kids I havent had much time to get on here and post. Day 22...rest day. Final exams, no time off in my schedule
Day 23, about to hit test/tren/mast/deca
Had some Trensomnia last night, awake from 1-3am. It's weird because when I am sleeping, I have dreams but I don't feel like I'm sleeping that deep. Then up for 2 hrs, then slept for another 2. But the weird thing is that I'm not dragging now, feel well rested.
I also bought a portable air conditioner machine yesterday, put it right next to my bed. That's hilarious, no night sweats here anymore.
About $280 when it's all said and done.
Going to the gym this morning. School is over for summer!!
Oh, another note is that my low back has been tight for about a week and a half. I can barely out on socks. I need to stretch more but its crazy tight. Never had that before, but also never squatted above 275 before either

New squat PR today. The other day I hit 405x1, today I hit 405x2. Also 315x8x2 was a PR for reps and 2 sets. I lifted some other leg stuff, pullups, and hanging leg raises until I started seeing stars and my ears started ringing. That's the beginning of these migraines I sometimes get where I lose my vision. I think it's from high bp. But today I told myself that's not going to happen, and I recovered. Overall, a hard and fast 49 minutes.
It's funny being one of the shortest guys there at 5'9 and lifting heavier than most. I've only seen 1 guy squat 405 and he had knee wraps, belt, wrist wraps...what a clown. And all that for 1-2 partial reps.
I will say the sides aren't really any big deal, and the progress is impressive.

Since it's my first day off for 9 weeks or so, I decided to bump the tren to 100 today. If sides get worse, I will go back to 70. I have been sleeping OK, wake up at least once per night. I am hot all the time but that's to be expected with the clen, t3, and tren.
I actually haven't been hitting the clen much. It makes my BP too high when I take a pwo drink. So if I had to choose pwo vs clen, pwo wins every time. But I did take some ketotifen last night to see if it helped me sleep through. Negative! But I will try it again tonight a bit higher.

97 minutes lifting today! What???
I started off ignoring my super tight low back and decided I wanted to test my deadlift PR. Nope, not happening. I could barely move 405, hobbling around like an old man. But upper back felt good so I destroyed it. Too many lifts to name, but I did a good job. Plate loaded rows hold max 6 on each side, so I did 5 sets of 10. Cable row up to stack 300, 2 sets of 6 (and 4 lighter sets). Lots more lifts. I can't believe I did all that fasted.
Now I'm trying to loosen this up on the foam roller. I can barely get shorts on without holding on to something. G-A-Y

Trying like hell to hold this tren cough right now. When I aspirated, there was a tiny drop of blood. Seems like I know how to cause this interesting breathing/lung experience.
I also blasted 250mg of test. I'm finding that if the tren is too much higher than test, there's hard on problems. 50-60% hard and doesn't stay for long at all.
So I upped the test for today only, then I think my sweet spot was 200/wk test and 50-60/day tren. I don't want to run tren at 100/day if it means I have to run test at 400/wk. I don't want to run that much test because of blood pressure. But I do need dis dik to function at 100% because wifey has me penciled in for tonight. Oh married life and scheduled sex...well at least I have time for this test to kick in.
About sleep...I can barely keep my eyes open at 830pm, so that's when I go to bed. Too tired to read, just instant sleep. I've been waking up about 3-4 hours in, then back to sleep. Usually I've been waking up 1-2 more times as well. I take zma, 5htp, prami which together has been knocking me out. Last night I added ketotifen just to see if that would make me sleep through. Nope. No difference, just dragging ass this morning. I've been taking a 20 minute nap around 1pm for years (weekends only) but now that I'm off for the summer, my nap has been daily. And it's a hard deep nap, more like 40-60 minutes. My daughters nap then, so it's perfect. But before, 20 minutes and I woke up refreshed. Now, 40-60 and I could sleep another 40-60. I'm hoping the increased test will combat this. I did feel my best with less tren, so that's where I will get back to. Good to see the law of diminishing returns. I have found my sweet spot.

A couple things I learned today...
here's a copy/paste
well as several other aminos, is used in HUGE quantities when your rate of anabolism is very high...(TREN IS ONE THAT WILL KEEP RATE OF ANABOLISM HIGH, IN SPITE OF 'BOTTLENECKS'... DBOL IS THIS WAY TOO(this is why they cause HORRIBLE hearburn, than no proton inhibitors(acid reflux meds) can touch.. the reason being, your stomach lining is being sacrificed)....
Now, if taking a good amt of glutamine(i would start with 25g/day, in addition to what you are taking in... until the symptoms have ceased, then you can lower it slightly to find your 'sweet spot') doesn't help.... It could be liver enzymes..... they can make you feel hungry to to point of nauseous.. then you cant eat **** when you try to eat... and if it is something fatty(it happens more with fatty food... but can happen with any) it's usually worse(if its liver enzyme related...)
I would try the glutamine first, this is usually the case with tren... if you don't have a good amt of relief in 4 days or so... get bloodwork done!
The guy I recommended this to(glutamine) the other day, felt exponentially better in 2 days... and it just got better and better....
One thing, don't let glutamine sit in water long at all after it is mixed.... it can turn to ammonia(among other things)
SO... I drank about 25g of glutamine mixed with creatine, taurine, sodium bicarbonate, and Condense PWO. I took fish oil, tudca, liv52, multi, potassium, ALA. That's all my standard except for the glutamine. That's a lot of glutamine, made me nauseus through most of my training. I could have puked several times. I had the thick spit and everything. But I got through it, the fish burps, rumbly stomach, and nausea and did squats for about 40 minutes.
405 is no longer my PR. I hit 410x1 today. These little 2 1/2's were on the floor and I thought I'd just chuck those on.
135, 225, 315x8x2, 405x3, 410x1, 315x5, 225x8
Part of the reason it took so long was the nausea, and the BS way these amateurs stack the plates. 45's on the middle, 35's and 5's mixed, etc. I can't stand that so I make it right. I also had to stop 2x to almost puke and whatever else.
After that, standing ab rollouts, single quad extensions, and stretching. 90+ minutes fasted lifts, stronger than ever.
This is one of my favorite PR setting songs...max volume "Son of a bitch I'm going to break you!!" (3:06 to the end)

Appreciate the detailed log btw. I love detailed logs, especially because I read logs for research. To help me plan my cycles and know what to expect. Detailed logs help soooo much because I can see the different dosages/experiences with it, so thank you!

Day 26 (warning: shameless penis talk)
I'm skipping the tren today. There's too much tren in my body and it's ruined my ability to get hard. I can't seem to beat it with 2mg's prami/night and with exemestane. So that big 125mg test shot yesterday and 100mg masteron today will hopefully tip the scales back to balanced. When I started this cycle at lower tren, my dk was hard all night and I couldn't stop thinking about sex. Now, not interested in sex and 50% strength in the hard ons I get if at all.
BUT... one of the reasons I went with the short tren ester (acetate) is because of it's quick metabolism. So there already is some positive penile progress. I'm back thinking about sex all the time, but the body is not fully ready for war just yet.
I'm hoping I'm all tuned up by tonight so I can bang my wife. Was supposed to be last night but she went to bed at 8 so I didn't have to make an excuse. I did try on my own but I ended up just shaking my head in disappointment. Then did the walk of shame back to the couch...
At least the Blackhawks won! Tonight is my turn to win!
EDIT...oh, I drank 2 red bull and vodkas last night. That's not the reason for the limp noodle, however it was a dumb idea for many reasons. 5 pm drink, still wired at 10pm. I had to drink nyquil to get to sleep. Otherwise I would have been up for days.
Never again. I think deep down I'm freaking out about my wife's layoff and our money situation. I know alcohol is not a solution and only causes more problems.
I just want to go lift. So that's what I'm going to do.
